14% Bodyfat trying to be 7% need daily nutritional, supplemental, & excercise help!!!
I work alot of hours a week and im currently trying to cut my bodyfat from 14% to 7% need help with a nutritional plan, supplemental plan, and excercise plan also not looking to lose my muscle. Bulky built, 5'8, 19yrs old, access to a wide variety of nutritional supplements and proteins and everything else. Please help me !

It's in the noobs guide:
You only have to follow three simple rules:
- Workout 3 times a week with weights.
- Eat 1g protein / lb lean body mass.
- Reduce calories to lose 1-2 lbs / week.
I had to remind my self of the 3rd rule because I was not losing weight but after working out the numbers I've been eating at maintanence for the last month
