ZMA is a muscle relaxant, and for me it's useless and maybe a hoax. GABA works on different pathways. Yeah it helps me sleep. I usually take 2 grams 30 mins before sleep.
As a general rule try not to take any PWO under 6 hours before bedtime. Melatonin knocks me out real quick as well. dirt cheap and effective
Hyper FX is good, too much caffeine though. and a spicy aftertaste but that's fine.
I'm gonna finish the Craze tub I have and never get it again.

Man are u sleeping 8 hrs seriously i mean who can i can barely hit my 6 hrs sleep you're right but i rely on supplement for recovery i eat 3000 calories per day but i also burn a lot specially at work, now next month will be bruning more since my day will be work/swimming/gym i hate to bulk during summer but it's my goal for this year btw just took my weight was 65kg now im 67.7 kg plus BF% dropped 0.3% ! Amazing when u gain pure muscle mass in less than 3 weeks.

I just your thread guys!! mar7aba bel shabeb, I had question concerning a clean weight gainer, I tried several some were good like true mass and some gave fat as well, I am a really hard hard gainer and asking if you guys would suggest any gainer available in Lebanon because true mass i got from outside Lebanon and it was really good so i am looking for gainers as good and where to find ? thanks in advance!

Hey man welcome to thread, i tried ON Serious Mass around 650 calories per scoop, one hell of a huge heaping scoop cannot be taken shaken but mixed with a blender and ice chocolate taste was average for a gainer adding milk will increase more calories, but i only suggest it if u are ectomorph, gained fat more than muscles lol had to stop it and switch to proteins shake. If u need more caloires i suggest u eat more food i wasn't able to eat more than 2000 calories but with time my stomach adjusted to my eating i eat now around 3000 - 3200 calories per day when bulking.

What do you mean ? gainers are supposed to be for skinny who can't grow muscles, if he take gainer it's full of sugars and fats, not mentioning that it's more than 600 calories in half serving that your kidneys and liver must take care of. When on Serious Mass i gained more fat i had to stop it gave it away and change my workout to more intensive workout for building muscles 5x5 worked well for me, last month i was 65kg in just 2 weeks i gained 2.7 kg and dropped 0.5% BF that's 2.7kg pure muscle gain from changing routine, also protein macros are in check.
PS: i am eating lot's of chicken and meat daily almost every night BBQ, i am not taking any natural fat anymore i am getting them from fatty grilled protein food

Guys post your protein shake recipe, woke up today late had nothing protein as breakfast to eat here's what i did
I mixed:
1 scoop of myofusion dark chocolate
2 Tbsp of peanut butter
2 Tbsp regilais fat free skim milk
8 almond nuts
1 serving 300ml 46 grams of proteins, delicious taste
