Hello ,

I went into a gym last week, it’s called "Good Life Fitness”, it opens 24/7 , it has 3 branches : Aley , Ain Remmeneh and Zalka . Once you sign up, you can access any branch.

I checked out the Zalka Branch ... It is a 2 story building, in the first floor you see around 40 cardio machine and all weights machines.
In the Second Floor , you see the same machines existing in the first floor ( The beasts train in the first floor , the new gym people train in the second floor ) , plus a CINEMA ROOM !!! A very very very large screen in a dark room, with around 30 cardio machines, so you can watch a movie and do your cardio! You also have access to all classes, Sauna and Steam room. Lockers are showers are incredibly clean.

I checked out later the Ain el Remmeneh branch, it’s a bit small. With No Cinema Room.

Bottom Line, I’m going on Monday to try a workout, if I enjoyed it, I will sign up there beginning of the month. But really, the zalka branch is Terrific!!!!
And the Prices are very reasonable:
• 80$ per month
• 4 Months : 240$
• 12 Months : 580$

Amazing man, i like the idea of pros and beginner members so you don't have to stand all the newbie bull**** and their talks and leaving their weight on the floor,i'd say go for it. I wish i had that gym near my home, the one near me have the things you mentioned but it's a kind of small for 75$ monthly.

I think too much pills on your stomach haram, (not mentioning if you decided to take any you need stomach pill care 7imeye lal me3de) personally i tried many sups and i figured out that what i need the most is Pre workout and protein (mostly 2 scoops a day), but my advice for you and i am like you when i have chest i want to go hard what is also more painful than chest is the seated military press (shoulder press) so in this sisi gym that i am in :P they are too busy talking more than working to spot you so i decided to use the smith machine now i do the chest flat & incline press, shoulder press too on the smith machine first it was annoying specially if you have a weaker arm but after time power balance will be increased and that weaker arm can lift better than ever no need for a spotter, i use the smith machine to do those exercises but i do squat only in the squat rack

I made my cut for 6 weeks,it was early this year I don't remember when exactly,the rest of it I am bulking.
I cut on 2200-2500 and bulk at 3500-4000.-
after finishing my current routine which still has 5 weeks to go as I recall. I am going to do a long cut till I hit 8-9% bf. then I'll see if I reached my physique goal then if I did I maintain If I didn't I bulk again.
I have uploaded my routine as an attachment, it is built on Fierce 5 intermediate and Project Mass.

That is some pretty serious weights you're lifting i cannot do this with my current job routine, good luck with your progress i gained 1kg (fat) after 1 week of sickness and no gym and eating junk, now i'm back on track. Feels good.

Yesterday I went to GNC hoping that they can guide me to buy an appropriate product. Well the thing is : they don't give a **** all they wanna sell is their own ****ty GNC amplified whey advanced (which is not mentioned on bodybuiling.com) he told that ON Gold standard is not good enough ... the bottom line is that here in Lebanon they don't even have good quality protein like Jay Robb's Whey , or MRM 100% natural whey , or tera's whey. They only sell you ****ty products that if they didn't sabotaged them before selling them.
The bottom line is that I suggest everyone of you guys to never buy protein supplements from the Lebanese market because you have no idea what went through the product. That's why I decided to purchase my Whey Protein from overseas.
so my question is this : which stores can deliver here such products like Jay Robb and Mrm and what is their approximate shipping cost.
