i was @ gnc kaslik yesterday and passed by first nutrition kaslik also! an i found that they have lots of products and many choices but little pricey @ gnc store.
And if u like there is also a supp store @ city mall And shape up stores in batroun and beirut.

I went to the tracking website numerous times and the shipement has been "en route" since the 9th of this month :S

Next time I'm using the economy shipment option, maybe it will arrive as scheduled then :P

Yes UPS is faster (using the economy) they delivered my order within 12 days and they deliver it to your home where you pay them directly the customs, so no need to go anywhere else, but you pay double the shipping, i will be using the method too in my future orders. I have an waiting order as well shipped by DHL.

man check the order paper the customs messed with my chocolate bars lol i guess they are very strict about food, they just opened 1 chocolate bar pack, if there order paper is missing you can contact bb for refund, if it;s not missing the customs have taken it (which i hardly doubt)


I am including L-carnitine, DS Activate and DS Triazole in my next order will be shipped by UPS to hell with DHL and their long period delivery :P

Guys anybody ever tried n.o.-xplode 2.0 pre workout ?
I purchased it lately but didn't open it yet and going to replace it with something else cause i found it contains sucraclose

its **** and u build up tolerance so fast so basically the first time or 2nd u take it then the rest are BS! i think the only thing in it useful is the creatine and its just a marketing hype... they increased the doses from the regular no explode... i tried alot of preworkouts i think superpump max gives the best pump ever but jack3d gave me a pump less than the superpump max but definitely more energy. and tingling sensation from the ****ty beta analine wtv its called... ichy skin feeling...
try jack3d but beware that FDA banned it and i have no idea how the shops in lebanon are still stacking their shops with it, same goes to OXYlite pro the fatburner...

Oxylite has been banned too, i think that in Lebanon they buy the ****tiest stuff, worst flavors they get them with cheap prices for only 1 year left for expiration date while some products on bb.com last for 2015, plus stuff like DS Craze, DS Triazole, DS Activate cannot be found in Lebanon. I always buy my supplement from bb.com even with the shipping rate and customs i get them for less than 60% of their prices in Lebanon.

If you want to buy from bb.com try DS Craze you won't regret it, 1 scoop and you will feel the pump while jack3d within the second week you need to take up to 3 scoops to feel the pump on more thing always cycle pre workout take them 3 weeks on 1 week off. i am cycling now DS for 4 weeks (this is week number 3).

Hey guys I got a question concerning Amino Acids and Protein, in my order i got ON 100% Gold Whey Protein and Essential Amino Energy, now what confuses me is that on the Amino tub they state it's a pre and post workout supplement, however bodybuilding.com says it's a post workout recovery supplement and you should take it immediately after you finish working out , so now m confused should i take it pre or post workout ? and if it turns out to be a post workout supplement can i still take the protein shake say 30-45 minutes afterwards ?? Thanks for the help

If you have Animal Pak and Animal Flex thats a total of 20 pills you have to take a day which is not very convenient, still they are awesome, just remember to do 21 day cycles with a week off in between, you don't want to mess with your test balance too much.

Great man! i am currently doing 100 kg Squat but only 60 kg deadlift, hope this HGH product help me increase my chest press and deadlift. I always wear belt doing chest deadlift and squat.

Today i reached 260kg doing leg press awesome progress. It's good when you see yourself in a good progress and when you are able to increase weights specially when cycling off pre workout i am cycling off DS Craze for the 4th week.

Hey guys I decided to start writing reviews about the products I used or I'm using currently, that way I'll maybe provide more info on the products and some unbiased testimonies to help you decide on what to get in the future.

So I used a number of different products since i started my first ever protein was Muscletech Nitro-tech cookies and cream flavor, good protein tastes great it has little pieces of oreos or what seemed like oreos in it, bad side is that the tub is half empty when you buy it, not very convenient, had some good results, provided good recovery, but not the best thing I've taken. 8/10

My second was Optimums Pro Complex, I bought this from first nutrition and it mixes very well and definitely worth it,chocolate taste was awesome you get 60g of protein per serving which is 2 huge scoops, you get a total of 27 servings per tub, so I rate it a 9.5/10 the price was bit much but you get what you pay for.

I recently got my order from bodybuilding.com, consisting of ON's 100% Gold Whey,ON's Essential Amino Energy, ON's Opti-Men and ON's CLA
The Gold whey is amazing definitely living up to it's reputation got the vanilla ice cream flavor, honestly not the best tasting flavor, it foams up quite a bit but still it's great,would highly recommend a different flavor, 9/10

Essential Amino Energy, it is advertised as a pre, intra and post workout supplement, I take it pre workout, good pre workout you can feel the energy with only 2 scoops it's a smooth energy, doesn't make you go nuts and crazy, makes you focused, Congord grape is the flavor it is AMAZING!! look forward to it all day easy to mix as well,very good source of Amino Acids which will help in protein synthesis, 9.2/10

Opti-Men, great multi-vitamin, tablets smell weird but hey i'm not taking it for the taste, good amount of vitamins and essential minerals, take it 3 times with food daily, 9/10

ON's CLA, don't have much knowledge about CLA's but what I understand is that it helps you burn fat while helping your body not store excess fat, they come in soft-gel form, not very recommended if your trying to cut some serious fat, this is a none stimulant fat burner, so no energy no boost, better for maintaining fat loss then promote it, still 8/10

I agree with you about whey gold standard, i am currently taking it, i've tried many supplements including pro complex and on casein (casein sucks doesn't mix well at all).

How many scoops of whey are you taking i am only taking 1 serving 24 grams protein.

ON Creatine i mix it with whey great results in the long term. 8/10

ON Multi vitamins 10/10 ON Fish Oil 9/10 (don't get that burp thing when i take it)

Animal Pak 10/10 too much pills (11 pills) but awesome results even better than ON multi the best vitamins you can take it's more than a multi

Animal Cuts try it for 15 days lost 10 kilos great results 10/10 (9 pills)

DS Craze, the best pre workout i ever took 10/10 tried before xpand xtreme caused me diarrhea, and Jack3D was good but you must take 3 scoops to get the craze result that can give you with 1 scoop the con is that give you some kind of insomnia at night

Kaizen ZMA great for muscle recovery didn't try others but this one was good 8/10

Promax Chocolate Bars 20 grams of protein in 1 bar, which is good and have high carbs for a pre workout session is good 8/10.

Yes currently I'm taking only one scoop, I think it's better to take as stated if you want to take more scoops buy pro complex because it's Whey protein isolate in this case is better because it has less carbs in it. But you can take 2 scoops if you want it all depends on your needs.
