I have lost 10 kg in 20 days (0.5kg per day loss) using animal cuts, i used 22 packs instead of 44 major fat loss results but you have to eat less and have a good cutting program, lower the volumes but stay on weight increase and do more reps. also i used to do 30 mins cardio every MORNING.

This is 100% true, i must admit i was cutting eating less than 800 calories daily i monitored my calories for some days, i should cut with eating no more less than 1700 calories (i think). DarkHeart911 listen to geo he has a good point if you to cut start first to monitor your calories intake, doing everyday cardio (speed range 4x -8x -12x) for 30 mins, make sure you follow a cutting program too 3 sets max 12 to 15 reps with low weights, increase weights when possible doing less reps minimum 10 imo, then if you see that after 1 month you need to buy a weight loss only buy animal cuts don't waste your time on others. but start cutting first with no weight loss sup, advice.

Yeah I know I just wanted to get some info on the product, m doing like you said doing 3 sets of each exercise to a range of 12 to 15 reps and then doing 45 minutes to and hour of cardio keeping my heart rate between 120 and 140 (calculated it and it turned out to be my fat burning zone), I already did an order on May 30th consisting of ON 100% Whey, Opti-Men, ON Amino Energy and ON CLA, the shipment should arrive any day now.
I was thinking about getting Animal Cuts (They come in a fat loss stack with Animal Stak so I thought what the hell get that stuff too it cost cheaper overall) cause like i said before they don't jam all the ingredients into one pill, so if i want to take out the stimulant or thyroid booster i can, 9 pills is a lot to take but i don't mind as long as I'm seeing good results with minimum to no side effects.
As for my nutrition I'm on track, except for a few peanut butter incidents, but all in all I'm seeing results... their slow but I'm seeing them.

Great to hear man keep the nice work, remember that Universal is a great company and anything you buy will be good just check the rating, when i wanted a fat loss supplement i saw the rating and also made a thread about it most suggest animal cuts, when i wanted a joint support, they advise me to buy animal flex, i went to check the rating and ingredients it's full of stuff and rated great, so my opinion if you want to buy something from Animal you won't be disappointed but be sure to follow the direction if it says take with food, or take on empty stomach and how many paks per day.
About your order i hope it comes to your place or the nearest Libanpost office and not stuck at the customs. If it stuck at the customs contact me here i will tell you what to do

I only lifted my entire life for just a week and a half lol.about 7 times total.Once i come back from Egypt I'll be lifting a lot in the time left during summer and really hard.Just working out (plyometrics) to jump higher,play basketball.You should love basketball man your Lebanese xD.
It feels good to have sore muscles,knowing that next time i ball I'll be more physique than the last.

Hehhe eh man i play sometimes basketball after my gym session, since you are 14 yrs old you don't need to harden yourself on too much lift in fact don't go heavy because you are still growing and this might cause growing problem, and please don't take any supplement until you reach 18, my advice make most of your workout stretching, it will help powering up.

Hey guys! I live in the US, but I'm heading off to Lebanon on June 21st, and I plan on signing for a gym there since I'm spending my entire summer over there. How much is a tub of creatine in Lebanon? I wouldn't need much, just enough 5g creatine to last me about two months.
I'm debating whether I should bring some of my creatine over with me but I don't want to risk getting stopped at the airport for anything... Especially in Lebanon.
