i make my own peanut butter (homemade)
kell 5 dayz bade 1 kg of roasted peanuts, so iam consuming around 200g of PB a day.
Thats a total of 1170 kcal worth of only PB a day ,when i was bulking on 2500kcal.

ok i got a few questions : i am making a order and the shipping will be via USPS , alcastive mentioned that you got your order to your address i mean to your house ?

what if we don't have mail box or building address what do i provide as an address in this case ?

and did you opened a U.S address or they directly shipped the package to lebanon ?

i was told today by USP.COM that if i am going to ship directly to lebanon the package will be in the libanpost and not in my address house because our country is little missed up anyway do you guys ship directly without a us address ? and what if i don't have address in my building i mean i am living in a random neighborhood where building are random you know lebanon .

so what's the deal here ?

You don't need to do anything Lebanese Credit Cards are accepted.

I am confused a little here, if you choose the second shipping method which is economy UPS will deliver your package to the address you specify in the billing info, however if you choose the third option which is super save DHL will send your package to the nearest Liban post office.

When i chose my package with UPS i mentioned my house address near a school and a bank, but still UPS called me at the delivery day and asked me for direction so don't worry specify an address and they will call you before they deliver, if this is their system as they did with me. Since you live in populated zone specify any address the UPS delivery guy can ask and be directed to your building apartment.

PS: Once ordered the shipping carrier cannot change your address you must do it through BB.com support.

well , i may have to clear this out , i am afraid that i am not going to order now from BB instead i am ordering some medicine ( well not forbidden but cannot find them in lebanon ) it's something medical lets say from someone of course i insured that he's not a scam , anyways i am willing to take the risk , i just need to know if i can get them to lebanon ... he ( the seller ) told me that he is going to get them through uSps and he needs my address & the shipping costs 40$ . well the problem here that i cant find any uSps local post office in lebanon even i don't know how uSps will find my address in a populated area BUT i remembered you ( ALCASTIVE) about ordering without haveing to get a U.S address and i think it's possible but i don't even know what's uSps phone # or where to find them to inquire about how this process going to be or what address to give to the seller.

actually USPS is the united stated postal service so the shipment will be received by the Liban Post i tried to call liban post to inquire a little but they're closed so tomorrow i will call them and inquire more about what address to give to the seller .

The reason why is that i train 2 muscles each session 6 exercises each muscle, 4 sets and 8 reps per exercise, and rest time about 2 mins because i always increase weights that's why i take about 3 hours daily. (4 day split + 1 day abs and sides)
