WTF ?? do you have any idea about the expiration date and the brand at least ? there are protein powder pure protein powder they are not whey they cost less but i know that 5lbs cost 70$ there is no way 3kg cost 33$ ! man bikoun mal3oub fi iza mesh expired.

I used to pay 40 to 60,000 LL for 7 to 12lbs (4 to 6 kg) items weight thats the normal customs i used to pay its not a lot but recently employees at the customs said that you need a clearance from the ministry of health to get your items, and then you have to pay from 100$ to 150$ as a bribe bass heki bartale tay 2at3oulak bda3tak.

From my experience there this summer, deadlifting and squatting are a rarity. If you see some one squat they do a quarter squat. I'm sure there's a niche for it somewhere, but they're few and far in between. Lebanese tend to like their curlz for the gurlz... nomsayin?

I got weird looks when I did all my work with a barbell, and especially when I squatted below parallel. Got the "you'll destroy your knees speech". Then some dude tried to lecture me on how to clean and front squat.

You forgot this: "don't touch the weight on the floor while deadlifting"
And: "man put a towel on the bar you'll hurt your neck"

Look at these guys w w w .proteinopure.com(sub 50 posts ) - I am currently in Leb(UK/Leb Brah), they sell unflavoured whey in Beirut for pretty cheap!

Thing is they don't do flavoured versions or any blends, but personally Im used to that in the UK and I actually prefer it.

They have certificates and shizz, and I know the guys who sell them. They get their whey from America so its legit. Call em, tell em that "DawahFitness" awared you, maybe they will give you a discount loolll
