If i'd ever make a homegym it would cost me several thousands of dollars (lets say they're second handed) this equals mabye ~20-30 years of gym membership to break even. Eventually because it is such a long period we're talking about it is worthless for me, without even considering the social side of a gym.

Well it depends. Personally, am no gym fan. I just like to workout whenever i want and the way i want, not mentioning sa2elit some trainers kel chway baddo ynazir 3a rasak. Btw any idea how much would cost a good quality power rack?

Well suppliers; after all, r free to price their best fitting, but this case works when you import 1 box. U r official dealers, u pay clearance + taxes + fees on full containers. Even on bb.com the 40$ is with a win. Please dnt get me wrong am not targeting allmax only, indeed all supplements in leb are over priced due to the monopoly. Btw am a big allmax fan if u c my posts!

1st week of 6 days week bulk training each muscle twice a week, my body is recovering well but my veins in my arms are so sore, anyone else have this issue and anyone else is doing this routine.

I'm taking protein and counting my macros, my current goal is shredding and not just for summer

Hey man. long time! u knw, i did notice u r a syntha and myofusion fan and indeed both are well sold in leb, but every time someone mentions it i go like "what's gd in it?" i mean it has a 22g protein i am sure you are aware that we have many better brands in the market. That's weird, i mean is there any hidden fact about it? But again am not a pro, yet lately am having the ON pro complex and it is a hell of amazing product (i guess lol).. u shld try!

On a side note, how much it is vital to have amino tabs? i mean along with the protein shakes?

Supplements are not necessary as long as your diet is in check. But if you have some money to spend o's rather get creatine or some pre workout

First of all BSN has the best most tasting protein ever! i tried chocolate peanut butter, Cake Batter, and mochaccino great taste i give it 10/10, BSN syntha 6 has 200 calories per serving ON and other brands have between 120 and 150, i need calories for bulk, then it has lots of Fibers than any protein.

eating 3400 calories a day i get 400 calories from Syntha 6 and 44 grams of protein i take 2 scoops to hit my protein target which is 160 grams of protein daily.

Indeed it is not in check, cause due to my job sometimes i spend a whole day on 1 meal.. Also it is not about money, i mean the supplements here in Leb, if u ask me are all similar as in price, it is only a 15$ + -.. wish i could gain it from real food but for the time i am relying on the whey along with a gd lunch.

Lol yeap 100%, i think that myfitnesspal only calculate your maintenance or the calories needed to reach your normal BMI.

I still remember when setting it up it requested some info about how many times i workout per week. Isn't this related? Anw is there any other way to control it accurately? I mean some table or whatever? How do you guys hit your macros? Yea i do yoga from time to time lol
