I eat around 3000 to 3200 cal/day and i usually have a cheat day on saturday night, i eat around 5000-6000kcal this day.
But i dont know if i can call it a cheat because i only eat lean protein sources with whey shakes that day so thats make around 1000cal just from protein and then i go all out with fat and carbs that night , iam also lowering my calorie intake around 1500-2000 cal the next day ( on sunday ).
Any cardio or just weight lifting?

Wow man great! Congratz i am doing the same too many calories eaten on saturday night (around 4000 maximum) sunday full of bbq meat and chicken so it's mostly about protein. But basically we are alike i must check my BF% soon to make sure i am only gaining muscles.
About cardio i do moderate speed 6 to 8 max for 20 mins twice a week i already practice about 15 mins MMA daily so it equal cardio i guess

Hey guys how's it going ?
I got a couple of questions concerning cutting.
I'm currently cutting out 500 calories a day from my TEE which is 2640, I'm using a program i downloaded on my phone (MyFitnessPal I think Alcastive is using it too...), I'm currently consuming around 2140 Cal a day, I went over a couple of times but the rest I was always under. So here are my questons:
1. Should I still consume this amount even on training days, meaning do i ignore the calories lost during weight lifting and cardio, or do I eat up till I reach the caloric amount ??
2. During the progression of the cut do I reduce the calories, meaning that i started the first 2 weeks with a 500 deficit, should i increase to 550 the next week and so on... ??

about the program i am using myfitnesspal the web to search for food nutrition facts but i add the info in a software called vidaone (cost 50$) very professional it tracks your food and workout.

If you figured out that 2640 is your calorie maintenance so you should start consuming that amount of calories for 2 to 3 weeks to make sure that your not losing or gaining any weight.
if you wanna loose weight so start by cutting 300 cal. And see how things r going, if you stopped by loosing weight so of course cut another 100-200 cal or adjust your workouts by adding some cardio.
And yes u can play around with your calories , lets say if your consuming 2300cal/day so thats make 16100cal/week . you can eat 1500 on some days and then add the remaining calories to the next day so you can eat 3100cal. But make sure in the end of the week your hitting the 16100 cal.
Aim for a loss of 3 to 4 pounds max per month.

I agree with Geo. Here are some other points to consider:
- Keep your protein high
- Concentrate your carbs to pre and post workout
- Don't do high intesity cardio. Aim for a brisk walk. That way you dont run the risk of muscle loss.
- An average of 14-16 sets per workout session is best to stimulate and preserve muscle on a cut
- Eat before you workout
- Plan a cut that shouldnt last more than 2-3 months
- Every 2 weeks eat a good portion of carbs on one day to replenish glycogen
- You can go low carb at the last couple of weeks of your diet at about 50-100 gr per day

Thanks for all the info guys. I've been on this cut for about 4 weeks now, I plan to be on it for 12 weeks. I have lost weight since i started but have no idea if it's from fat or other areas. As for cardio I'm doing high intensity intervals 4 to 5 times a week for 15-20 minutes tops.

you mean ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin).
My answer is no, i was planning on doing so on my last cut the last summer but didnt find ephedrine.
I've been told thats it's kinda hard to find good quality of pure ephedrine lately.

Yes lol it's ECA i got confused, well they say it's one of the best for shredding supplements help you lose fat but not completely shred, i want huge water retention i am doing intensive workout 6 straight days and i need to get rid of my belly water. It's frustrating to workout on your abs and not see results coz of the stubborn fat that are left on your belly that even cardio cannot get rid of it :/

You can get rid of water retention by taking caffeine, lowering your sodium intake, Cardio, sauna and by drinking lots of water.
But why u want to dehydrate yourself ? thats will only make you look leaner for a photoshoot or so..
But when it comes for loosin body fat, it's a whole different story.
Btw cardio dont do miracles, it's just a way to burn more calories.
for the ephedrine , i heard it's illegal and dangerous.
And dont know much about it's effectiveness in burning fat.

But u got to figure out if it's worth it, this is y they take it along with aspirin to prevent blood clots and heart attacks.

100 % man plus you have to control your food consumption it makes you wanna eat a lot, i started taking something similar like Ephedrine this week and i feel hungry all the time but i am controlling it, it's more powerful than Ephedrine and i have shaking hands all the time sadly.

No man bel 3akes!! The appetite suppresion is one of the most important effects of ephedrine man.
I saw a study somewhere that said that like 3/4 of the weight you lose on ephedrine comes from the calorie deficit caused by the appetite suppression versus only 1/4 from the thermogenic effects.
you have to FORCE yourself to eat if you've taken any ephedrine lol.

you cant get good ephedra in leb. theres nutrition and health on the dbayeh highway that has some, but its from syria and low quality (no personal experience just feedback)
a trending replacement for it is yohimbine hcl coupled with caffeine as well. my plan for my cut in april/may is to go on intermittent fasting using yohimbile/caffeine with bcaas during my fasting period. trick is that yohimbine is blocked by carbs.
as for ur belly fat, you are eating over 3000 calories, i doubt that you will be able to lean out on that calorie count. if you are bulking, you are bulking, thats it, dont worry about your abs. they will show up when your cut is clean and well planned. also as geo said water is a miracle worker. i've removed my water retention issue just by drinking more than 3 liters of water per day.

Well, i asked a professional coach he;s also my friend he suggested it and sell it to me it's not from Lebanon he buy them from a trusted source, anyway i am running a cycle for 5 weeks and everything will be back to normal after that i am taking some safety pills along it.

OH excuse me, professional coach. That makes a difference .... Well then by this logic, I should go on a GH cycle with D-bol followed by tren seeing that my coach doesnt believe in results without steroids and he's got quite a good experience.

The NH store in dbaye dont sell pure ephedrine man.
They r selling some fat burners that contains liquide ephedra in very small doses. Those r nothing compared to ephedrine.
Tried yohimbe bark along with caffeine as suggested by a dumb coach didnt do that much for me.
I heard that yohimbine hcl is way better than yohimbe bark.
I drink at least 5L of water a day, Sometimes 10.
Panterabreh means steroids by celltech. Thats an old joke.
Celltech is so highly over priced as all muscletech products, its just creatine and sugar.
U can mix 1000g of creatine with table sugar, that will cost u not more than 40 bucks.
This is y this joke is commonly used by users here on the forums lol.

You are right but when you hit a plateau and reach certain point when supplement food and good sleeping are not helping you to grow muscles and your hard work is not going to get you result.. I hope u get my point.
I dont take clen to bulk but to maintain my current weight i dont take it alone it's a part of my cycle along with deca and susta i know i've gone too far this time but it's just for 5 weeks, and i will be cleaning my body for the next month, i had no other options trust me i tried everything except this, and this is guaranteed.
