hey bro , i read alot o your massages to people and i think u can help me out ... i wanna get some cheap ass protein powder coz gnc and all these stores are 60 $ and above ... cant i get a protein like they sell at wall mart in lebanon for 15 20 25 even 30 $ .... and if i wanna buy stuff fro, this site what would i pay for shipping and when i receive them in lebanon ..... thanks for everything dude

Unfortunately u dont have a choice protein tubes 4 or 5lbs (3kg) cost here 100 - 120$ like On or BSN if you buy them from Lebanon you pay like 120$ as i mentioned if u buy thrm from BB.com even with half the price 55$ you will be paying around 100$ or even more with the shipping i bet it is more coz you can't order protein via super save DHL will throw your order at the customs and u dont want to go there it's a huge farm!

Just eat food. Protein is protein no matter what the source. And it's definitely cheaper.
The reason the prices are so expensive in Lebanon other than the retarded economic policies is because people think they can't bodybuild/workout without protein powder when that's completely false. Besides whole food is more nutritious. You're not missing out on anything other than the social status of drinking protein I guess. Mazahir bi mazahir.

i know that , but its actually easier said than done .... coz MWF im at university and T TH Saturday im at work all day with the gym schedule and if i go out at night i dont get the chance to have any snack ....so snacking is my problem and couple of shakes a day are great especially the one after my workout with my creatine ......and im going on a journey to find then cheapest protein ..... the cheapest i found yet is mayo-fusion by gaspari its selling for 55$ 60 scoops

Preparation ahead of time is key.
Myo-fusion is good though. Get that one if you can. Flavor would be the last of my concern in this case, just add milk to it or something.

Good anount of vitamins & amino acid also glutamin so in one scoop you will be feeding your muscles for fast recovery, even if you had A full protein meal right after your gym the digestion is not the same. I think proteins and amino acids are the best for muscle recovery, of course with a good diet and good sleep.

My lifestyle schedule is just like yours. You dont need to keep snacking and eat every 2 hours like a rabbit to build muscles.
Iam following IF aka intermittent fasting approach.
I fast for 16 hrs and have an 8 hours eating window.(wich is the best diet for busy schedule)
I went from 164lbs to 175lbs in 4 months, iam making all kinds of gains.(pics comming soon)
Now for the protein powder, you dont need them as long as your diet is in check and your taking your protein needs for the day from whole food sources.
Actually protein powder is cheaper than high protein foods like tuna , lean red meat, chicken...
And it comes with different flavours, you can have a mix in your diet so u dont get bored from plain chicken , fish or whatever...
I did myofusion offer for 3 times at first nitrition, its 130$ for 2 5lbs tubs.
Myofusion is the best tasting protein powder you can buy in lebanon and the price is decent too compared to other over priced proteins powders.
I have 2 tubs left now. I tried all the flavours available in lebanon: banana perfection, chocolate, strawberry, cookies n creme.
My top 2 are chocolate and strawberry.
Too bad cinnamon swirl and chocolate pb are not available in lebanon.

Thats a myth.
I sometimes have my postworkout meal 4 hrs later.
And on some days i only eat one big meal. And iam BULKING on 3000 cal.
I just make sure to take in 160 to 180g of protein every 24hrs.

Myofusion is great but the egg in it was a bit too much for me after 2 tubs. Nothing like a decent ON gold standard but it makes me as hungry as hell afterwards.
I also have time constraints. I travel alot and clean food is not available to me at all times so a good meal replacement/lean gainer is always on hand. Hats off for ON procomplex gainer.

After workouts you need carbs and protein. Only getting in protein means your body will use it for energy instead of rebuilding muscle. Plus the insulin spike on just protein isnt half as good as protein+carbs.
Yeah right after your workout is fairly overrated within the supplement industry. An hour afterwards is best for me.

If you're eating a healthy diet full of veggies then you get enough vitamins. Glutamin has no benefits. I can cite a few studies if you'd like, and just like Geo said you get enough protein during the day then you're fine. That's not saying that a post-workout meal isn't important simply for recovery purposes.
All these myths are propagated by supplement companies to make you buy their stuff. The worst offender of all is making you believe that if you don't drink Casein before bed you're going to lose your gains. I haven't had a "anti-catabolic" shake since February. When I started lifting heavy again in June I my 1RM Squat was 265lbs now it's 405lbs. And no I don't take steroids, just train hard, eat well, and sleep well. It's that simple, yet people always find a way to mess it up.

Its like your spending money on fat and carbs. Drink your ON gold standard with a snickers better than drinking your calories and spending money on fat and carbs.

@ kadisha i agree 100% about casein, when u sleep i believe that ur body will be in a deficit mode and will not require proteins so good sleep is enough. But i think i have a good point about protein or amino right after your workout even a good meal will be ok if possible, its not for growth just for recovery.
@geo man i eat every 2 hrs that's about 7 meals per day and i do that because honestly i am getting hungry every 2 hrs, i never eat more than 800 calories per meal (talking about main meal) u said u eat 3000 calories and u eat 3 meals so that's 1000 Cal for meal, first explain how can u maintain BF % by eating that much then why would u fast that much ? I rlly dont get it what kind of diet is this for bulking
Guys i'd like to know when you do 1RM how many 1RM exercise u do ? And would that have it's own workout session or u do it right after u finish or before ?

Its the taste man, i can taste the egg in it and its too heavy for me. In Procomplex egg taste is less dominant.
Yeah I tried cyclic keto for 1 month. Dropped alot of weight (fat and muscle) but I think you can only do it if you cycle on tren to not lose muscle mass. During my upcoming cut there is no chance of me going on keto. IF at 100 g of carb would be good for me with some creatine to not lose any strength/ lose minimal strength.

No actually my masters in Biochem told me that. after workouts, you are depleted of glycogen. Your body will need to sustain itself and it has to ensure energy first and recovery/muscle building later. Gluconeogenesis look it up.

Hi Shabab, I just got back from holidays in Lebanon. Was in Beirut for 2 weeks with my Dad.
I'd like to go back in June/July (as it is winter in Australia) and summer in Lebanon. I'll probably be going with friends only this time.
Any recommendations on where to visit? I've been to Lebanon 4 times, but each time I go with my Dad it's because of business, and we don't get a chance to travel...
Thoughts?

lol supplements are mostly bullchit... I don't use any and it hasn't kept me from getting to a 320 lbs bench, get all my protein from food... currently losing a bit of strength though, cutting at 2700 calories... feelsbadman
