Tomorrow is my first day of SS after finally having read the FAQ and stickies. I'm motivated, determined and ready to BLAST !
A little bit of history (not as boring what you learn in class ofc!)
Having been chubby and later obese school and my early childhood were HELL. I was being bullied all the time and never been taken serious... until
I started dreaming about how life would be if I took the step to change my lifestyle. People would say I'm strong and have a big willpower!
Without even thinking I started to run, the SAME DAY! I was ready, I was armed, I was going to lose weight.

Had a great workout !! looked something like this:
warmup 2x5 45
warmup 1x5 20
warmup 1x3 30
warmup 1x2 40
working sets 3x5 50
warmup 2x5 45
warmup 1x5 15
warmup 1x3 20
warmup 1x2 25
working sets 3x5 30
warmup 2x5 25
warmup 1x3 40
warmup 1x2 55
working set 1x5 70
(note: I don't add the weight of the barbell in my logs. weight is in KG)
Everything went good, bench was not the best. Needed about 2minuts of rest between worksets.

Just started looking for posture-fixing exercises. It never hurts to improve something that can be improved.

Don't know if starting a new lifestyle has to do with it, but today I felt happy, something I haven't been for months if not years. feels great to just walk up to a 25 woman without any stress !
Let's not forget the woman in that car (must write this down to remember it later haha!)
