    New workout plan critique (pics)

    cliffs/ backstory

    working out for 2 years
    good nutrition - 6-7 meals per day 3500-4000 cals
    started with a basic routine when i had a home gym
    have been lifting serious now for 1 year at the gym with a 5 day split (chest,back,legs,shoulders,arms, sat off, sun off)

    however i want to break through a plateau and hopefully build some more size.

    i had this routine in mind trying to hit some compound lifts and build some overall mass ... was iffy about the rep range at 10 reps, thought about doing around 6 reps instead but decided to go with more reps after reading HST article.

    was also skeptical hippo about training the muscles twice per week I've never trained with this style before.
    pos criticism/advice is welcome
