I'm going to be starting Lyle's Ultimate Diet 2.0 next week to get cut for a vacation. Not looking to lose much weight at all - just drop that last bit of fat and get really cut. A couple of questions:
1.) I'm already at 10%-12% (we'll say 11% to compromise) bodyfat, so how long of UD2.0 do you think will be necessary? I'm planning on the full eight weeks right now.
2.) They don't mention any direct ab work in the book. Should I add it in on the cardio days?
