I'm 5'8" and 160 lbs. My body fat is already somewhere around 8-10%. I run and lift weights but I need to lose the 10lbs, so whether it be muscle or even more fat please help me out, and yes my diet is just fine, eating less than the 2000 cal

oh, and not just water weight please
