    5 day routine hit everything 2x a week

    Looking for a way to break up a routine to hit all muscle groups 2x a week. Going 5 days, being Monday-Friday. No 2 on 1 off 2 on splits. Straight 5 days saturday, sunday off.

    The only program that you work out 5 days a week is probably Layne Nortons' Phat

    Why not just do a Upper/lower or Push/Pull 2x a week?

    I would do that but then it leaves a WED for nothing. And i would still like to go on that day.

    Upper//lower 2x per week, mon/tue and thurs/fri. If you are hell bent on being in the gym on wed then do cardio on that day.

    cardio will be performed in the afternoons when needed. morning will be for lifting..
    looking toward something like
    chest/tri/shoulder
    back/bi
    legs
    chest/tri/shoulder
    back/bi/legs

    but am still searching for something more effecient.

    i agree with kiko, try something like upper/lower day off chest and back/ legs/ shoulders and arms day off 5 days in a row is to much your asking for a disaster, your body cant take that kind of pounding 5 days in a row naturally my friend
