You've got a good solid base and sitting at around 15% body fat, so cutting to 180 would see you looking shredded at around 8%
You'll be looking great at that
And nice work on the rack pulls and the rows!

And it's good to see that you've got light leg work started now. That'll be important for providing muscular support for the tendons. There's no real reason to avoid going ATG later other than you'll probably need to do a lot of stretching. You're repair should be as strong as new after 12 months. Running is potentially more of a problem for the knee than squatting deep IMO!

    Squat 165kg/363lbs
    Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Mvd thanks I got work done but not what I wanted.

Matz tried them a while back it worked pretty good. Will have to check it out.

Rb thank you. Im do all I'm able to.

Sk8 if you looking for a natural test booster hyper fx has got it. And it works! Otherwise NO 2 is great

Storm thanks I felt the energy today from the added caffeine. I'm have to build up to 2 pills

Fit thanks with the hyper shred I hopefully will hit 180 before I run out. I hope I look shredded :P

The ATG squatting was not recommended by the PT. I'm stay away from doing them for at least a year then maybe test it out. But if I get good results from parallel no point in testing it. I definitely need to develop the muscles so it doesn't happen again

Running was never my thing anyway. I'll stick with the elliptical no point on hitting the treadmill.

Raigs ever use the BSN Nitrix in your stack? I'm starting my off cycle of NO2 Red and Ce2, been using it for a while, just have always neen a MRI guy. But love Syntha 6 so decided to try out BSN. I just picked up hyper fx for a non Creatine pre. Starting it tomorrow. Planning my next cycle to include Cellmass/Amino X/Nox2. Was thinking of Nitrix as well. Any thoughts? Or from you as well Matz?

    Agreed!!! Matz

Hyper shred mini review. This stuff makes me extremely hyper about 3 hours after I take it. I am following the dosage and usage instructions. I'm stick to one pill a day for awhile. My heart rate goes up and I get a little panicked if I don't sit still.

Good call, most people I've talked to only need one capsule, especially when starting off.

    Don't panic, everything is good.

Also, made some chicken nuggets using panko japanese breadcrumbs last night + chicken, bangin' combo.

Haha yeah it makes me wanna stress but I take deep breaths. 1 pill is good plus means I can have more time on it.

That Panko makes it so crunchy it's great stuff.

Not sure if I'll hit the gym yet today. See how I'm feeling

Panko, was completely new to me so a great find as they don't have dairy in them. All other breadcrumbs do, so I'm a customer for life now.

    sandbagging-

hiding the strength, skill or difficulty of something or someone (if you can do 30x8x3 followed by 35x8x1, you can do 40's too bro-it's a compliment)

set the tire pressure according to the manufacture's spec's. a change in temperature can change tire pressure but if it was only 3 psi i wouldn't be too concerned about it. all tires will lose a small amount of air over time so i doubt it was anything neglected by your selling dealer. a good rule of thumb is to check/set it every time you fuel up. proper inflation will help with fuel mileage and tire longevity also
