    going to start a upper/lower routine tomorrow!

    so im going to start my cut tomorrow
    and i want to do an upper/lower routine but i don't know which of them is the best!!

    what are the reps ranges for cutting?

    The lyle mcdonald one is pretty good and easy to follow. There is no specific rep range for cutting, use the same as for bulking.

    i want to add deadlift to the routine but when i do deadlift for 1 set and 5 reps i can't do more is it ok to do it for 1 set?

    Both are good.
    Does not matter much do the one you like. Do one for 6-12 weeks and then switch it up if you need to

    Both are good.
    A strength routine while you cut will benefit you though as you'll be able to keep if not gain strength while you do so.
    It's up to you though.
