BF+TZ trying to get yoked out.

1rep max. MY main goal is to increase my bench. i would love to be able to hit 315 for any number of times. Ive been stuck at 270 for about a year. but because of injuries and too much volume didnt raise it sense then
full squat 365 1rep max.

Well i weigh 180 right now and i want to end up as close to 200 as i can.

Im following the dosing of 2triazole and 3 BF V3s in the morning 30 mins before i eat. Followed by 1 Trizole 8 to 12 hours later.
My diet is basicly what ever i feel is healthy. I try and eat all the time, in small quantity's. Always start my day with a protein shake. follwed by eggs a couple hours later. with what ever I can get my hands on in the evening sense im usually so hungry and i can go to my moms and eat home cooked meals.
I have been following a westside lifting program that i put together for my gym and what i have use of.In the past i follwed a 6 day a week training schedule with high volume. spreading out my muscle groups as best as i could. But recovery always lacked and thats why its hard for me to gain weight.
MON- rest/cardio GPP
TUE- max effort bench
WED- rest/cardio GPP
THUR- speed squat day
FRI- rest/cardio GPP
SAT- speed day for bench
SUN- max effort day for squat and deadlift
A side note: I will give detailed stats of my major lifts each day but i tend to follow a low rep scheme
Height -- 5''11 flat
Weight -- 180-185lbs (03/16/12) BF% is i believe is under 10 percent. im not sure how much under but i have decent abs. Im not afraid to eat a **** load of food on this stack as im really trying to pack on some solid weight.
Okay, This is my first log so i apologize if i left any thing out. This is also my first time using any kind of test booster but i think this is a good place to start. I Have alot of friends on gear and im pretty sure thats a little too hard for me.
if any one plays mw3 on ps3 lets play..I compete in mixed martial arts, mainly no gi jiu jitsu and muay thai. I will note that when i train on my logs. i train off and on mainly when i can afford it, and im going to be training again real soon! I love rolling and choking mo fos out its a pretty good rush. I ride a Yamaha R6 and when i take my white flood its not a good combo
