    Talking Bio Forge+Triazole+X-factor+DAA 12 week killer cycle

    BF+TZ trying to get yoked out.
    Im using the same thing as MIDNCTG in this log so props to you man.

    currently lifting

    BB bench 270
    1rep max. MY main goal is to increase my bench. i would love to be able to hit 315 for any number of times. Ive been stuck at 270 for about a year. but because of injuries and too much volume didnt raise it sense then

    full squat 365 1rep max.
    trying to hit hard as i hear theyre the best natural growth homone release exercise

    dead 420 1 rep max.
    trying to increase as much as i can

    Goal
    Well i weigh 180 right now and i want to end up as close to 200 as i can.

    The Stack
    BioforgeV3 (blue label) 3 bottles
    Triazole driven sports 2 bottles
    White Flood
    CL Oxymega fish oil
    Naturalist mens multi vit
    will be buying some kre alkylyn most likely very soon
    osteo restore glucosamine and chondroitin

    Dosing
    Im following the dosing of 2triazole and 3 BF V3s in the morning 30 mins before i eat. Followed by 1 Trizole 8 to 12 hours later.

    Diet
    My diet is basicly what ever i feel is healthy. I try and eat all the time, in small quantity's. Always start my day with a protein shake. follwed by eggs a couple hours later. with what ever I can get my hands on in the evening sense im usually so hungry and i can go to my moms and eat home cooked meals.

    Training
    I have been following a westside lifting program that i put together for my gym and what i have use of.In the past i follwed a 6 day a week training schedule with high volume. spreading out my muscle groups as best as i could. But recovery always lacked and thats why its hard for me to gain weight.

    MON- rest/cardio GPP
    TUE- max effort bench
    WED- rest/cardio GPP
    THUR- speed squat day
    FRI- rest/cardio GPP
    SAT- speed day for bench
    SUN- max effort day for squat and deadlift
    A side note: I will give detailed stats of my major lifts each day but i tend to follow a low rep scheme


    Stats
    Height -- 5''11 flat
    Weight -- 180-185lbs (03/16/12) BF% is i believe is under 10 percent. im not sure how much under but i have decent abs. Im not afraid to eat a **** load of food on this stack as im really trying to pack on some solid weight.

    Okay, This is my first log so i apologize if i left any thing out. This is also my first time using any kind of test booster but i think this is a good place to start. I Have alot of friends on gear and im pretty sure thats a little too hard for me.

    if any one plays mw3 on ps3 lets play..I compete in mixed martial arts, mainly no gi jiu jitsu and muay thai. I will note that when i train on my logs. i train off and on mainly when i can afford it, and im going to be training again real soon! I love rolling and choking mo fos out its a pretty good rush. I ride a Yamaha R6 and when i take my white flood its not a good combo

    I dont have any recent pictures today but i will get on tommarow so i can compare the before and after.

    In on this. Just got done with a 8wk cycle of bioforge. Ready to run it with Tz & Xfa now. I would keep better track of your diet and ratios as it is easy to underestimate your intake. Also it seems you want to increase strength maybe try a 5x5 program with 2 days of light cardio to up your bodyweight. Ive had good results in the past with it. Goodluck

    I can give you what i eat in a day. Im pretty sure im getting enough Macros.

    wake up 11:00 take BF+Tri
    11:30 whole wheat bagel
    12:30 triscuits + cheese
    2:00 4 whole eggs with cheese
    4:00 pre workout-training
    5-5:30 post workout protein shake
    6:30 dinner- usually a home cooked meal casue the gym right my my moms so i can stop there most nights and eat some spaghetti or some casserole or some really bomb stuff.
    7:00- on out i am on the see food diet.- really if i see food i eat it.

    Now i know this is very unstructured but it has always worked for me. ive always been a really hard gainer and had such a high metabolism to where gaining weight or staying at a steady weight without loosing it has always been a problem for me, untill i got on the see food diet. So yeah it is pretty nice sense i have in and out kinda close with some chipotle to throw in there now and then.

    I am following a pretty solid strength program. I understand the basis behind gaining strength with 5 reps and there is alot of 5 rep exercises in the program i follow, I do miss the volume and the pump i used to get but im already feeling stronger on this program and im loving it. Ive seen alot of good things about the Xfa good luck with that man

    Talking 03/19/12

    Alright sry it took me so long to get back on here, my saint patricks day went a little too crazy and ended up in doing some time in the slammer. Damn those irish car bombs...

    I worked out yesterday and it was max effort leg day. I started the BF yesterday and im not sure if it was just placebo or what but i smashed it in the gym for being so tanked and eating god knows what yesterday.
    Big lifts were..

    Trap Bar deadlift
    375 for a solid 3 reps. felt really really easy but i wanted to save myself for mondays GPP

    deadlift
    335 for 3 solid and it felt easy also but didnt want to push it too hard.

    This is my second day taking the BF and my first day taking the Triazole. i took 2 caps of each this morning. waited thirty minutes and had a whole wheat bagel. Am hour later i had some triscuits and cheese haha i love those triscuits.
    now im eating some eggs and im getting prepped for the gym. Ill be doing some GPP today and ill log tonight or tomorrow.

    Well Im not sure if im supposed to feel it yet or not but i do feel a bit hungrier already. i had 5 eggs today instead of my usual 4 and i ight just have a protein shake before the gym. I know y body pretty well and i tend to do what ever its tellin me. And right now its telling me to eat

    alright just got done eating a massive amount of food. i dont know if its this BF and triazole already but i am so hungry. I did a light workout with some jump rope, abs and GPP, pushed the 90 pound heavy bag back and forth in the basketball court at the gym. its basically like a prowler because i have to bend over at just the right angle to get it moving-just like the prowler. it also has straps to hook up on your chest so i can do sprints back and forth with 90 pounds dragging behind me.

    So like i was saying i am really hungry, i came home from my workout, after downing my protein shake, i immediately had a pound and half of taco salad (with out the taco) so basically just ground beef, black beans, lettuce, cheese, onions, cilantro, and tomatoes. so that was alot, but when i was finished i went back and had more. probly half of what i got the first serving, but still i killed it and i probly would still be eating if i didnt run out of food... hopefully my sister isnt coming by the parents today haha.

    i forgot to take my BF and triazole when i got done at the gym (as that would have been the 8 hours after the morning dose) because i was so hungry. so i just now took it on a full stomach. hopefully that wont make too much of a difference in the absorption.

    I would have loved to have gone hard today but its technically supposed to be a rest day! ugh i hate rest days and im hoping that this stack will help me be able to hit it really heavy and hard almost everyday.

    As far as effects go i felt very alpha in the gym today, as did i yesterday. Its hard to think i could get any more alpha than i already am at the gym because im usually really cracked on PW and lift big ass weight. But the more alpha the better right?

    had a great workout today.

    close grip bench
    135 3xs
    185 3xs
    225 3xs
    245 once solid

    jm press
    95lb 12xs
    115lbs 12xs
    135lbs 10 times and that was a new PR! i felt like i could have possibly thrown the weight if i didnt hold on to it.

    got up to 45lb DB with the strict form skull crushers touching on the chest.

    normally i can hit 270 close grip if im pushing it but i saved some gas for 315 negetives and 275 lockouts.

    appetite is really increasing. also thinking about adding in some daa what would you guys think about that?

    also attached will be some of my before pictures to get a starting point

    Woke up pretty rested today. Im gettign great sleep on the bioforge...
    I woke up at 8 am and took my 2 BF and Triazole and went back to sleep for 2 hours (figured it would give it ample time to digest)...woke up at 11 and had my whole wheat bagel. Now im cooking up some tilapia and then im getting ready to hit the gym. today should be more jump rope and GPP.

    my muscles are hardly sore after yesterdays workout, surprising sense i hit the jm press so hard with 135! i think this bio forge and Triazole stack is going to take my recovery to the next level.

    BioForge DOES definitely increase appetite...I would add some protein to your 11:30 meal(yogurt, peanut butter,egg whites) and some carbs to your post-wo meal (bananas)
    Some cottage cheese before bed wouldn't hurt either

    Yesterday i didnt log my workout, i was so tired i just kinda collapsed when i got home after stuffing my face. My out of shape ass ran up and down the court for 4 games of basketball at my gym. I was getting dunked over and it was not cool so i started fouling fools trying to use my muscle cause thats the only advantage i had. Fools were all tall as hell and skinny. but needless to say the game was really really heated, but i ended up going 4 games undefeated.

    Ive added in some yogurt for my morning meal as suggested by the HUGE. thanks man now that i look at it i dont know why i wasnt eating protein when i wake up. no bueno

    last night i woke up at 4 am and thought **** im already up so i might as well chug some protein, like nate marquardt does that fools a beast. so i chugged a scoop of protein in some whole milk! yeah buddy

    ill log my workout today being that its a leg day (dynamic or heavy im not sure), it should be a real test if the BF or Triazole is helping my recovery yet because yesterdays basketball left me limping.

    Effects so far: I feel a bit more alpha in the gym, i get alot more stares when im lefting if i make any kind of noise. ill catch people staring at me but quickly look down when i look them i the eye HAHA. but really im like come on im here to lift not people watch! Oh and got a compliment from a BodyBuilder MILF at my gym said im looking real good lately! yeah buddy bioforge is the Shizznet

    I threw in some protein in my 11:30 meal, i got some yogurt or a big glass of milk....
    Ive tried cottage cheese man i just dont like it I think its the texture, but i love milk and usually eat something like a spoon of peanut butter in some milk before bed. man i wish i liked cottage cheese tho

    Overall it felt okay, i felt strong in the squat but my calves are still killing me from basketball yesterday. hoping ill get some more good recovery tonight.

    effects: The most pronounced effect im getting from this stack is my appetite increase. Im also getting much better sleep. my sleep patters feel like they might be changing somewhat idk. Also im feeling some feelings of euphoria especially when its coming around time to go to the gym. cant say i have any negs so far

    oh and another goal of mine in this 12 weeks on this cycle is to dunk. I can grab rim and have a 55 inch box jump so i think i should be able to make it.

    Talking 03-23-12

    GPP

    ran sprints with a 120 pound bag behind me in the basket ball court.

    did 10 sets from one end of the court to the other

    Resting 4 times as long as it took me to run the distance.

    I stretched my legs as they are still pretty torn up from the basketball.

    Tomarrow is dynamic upper body so im really looking forward to that. with how fast i was moving the bar with 135 with the JM press I feel like i should step my weight for that up to 185with the two bands i have access to straped down.

    I cheated my diet today with some panda express haha the orange chicken is so good. lately late at night i will go get some in and out really late...its so addicting

    I met a very nice lady friend last night at the bars (just in time for when im staring the bioforge!) and lets just say the bio forge didn't do me wrong with the whole libido thing. Didnt get any sleep last night due to the lady friend but i have to say it was like a huge few hours long cardio session. so i sleept it off today and then hit the gym when i got up.


    Effects: Im feeling increased labido, better sleep and a huge appetite. Also someone told me i looked really cut today. I think it was from not eating all night and doing that huge cardio session all night haha. but hey i looked crazy dragging the bags.

    ALLLRIGHTTT so i know i have a problem with supplements. Its probly like my drug of choice per say. I went ahead and bought a shizznet load of X-Factor!! So i will be throwing that in my stack as well when that gets here. I found a great deal on the OG X-Factor and got well enough to last thru my 12 week cycle!!

    Cant wait for things to get crazy.

    155 BB bench with blue band strapped

    10 sets of three reps
    explosive but controlled movement. less than two minutes rest between sets.

    JM press

    BB skull crushers with blue band attached

    85 pounds 3 sets 5 reps (bar+25 pound plates+blue band)

    two 45 pound plates.

    Changes: i weighed in at 187.5 today. not sure if was from all the water ive been drinking or what. started stack at 180, so idk, guess i will just have to keep weighing my self to see if it drops back down.

    Effects: About a week into taking Bioforge and Triazole. will be adding in x factor in about another week. I feel my libido slowly climbing, which is a nice effect but not what Im short of to begin with. Im usually pretty horny but now its getting kinda crazy. LUCKILY i met that lady friend from the bars who wants to be friends with all the benefits! So im kind of taking this stack for her too, jeez she should help pitch some skrilla on the supps haha.

    Also im feeling quite vascular, and cut. My workout buddy commented on how he thinks im looking more cut and said he thinks its cause of my stack kicking in, but it shouldn't yet!?!? not this fast at least right? But we do follow the same routine to a tee and he eats just about as clean as me...so well see.

    No i dont ever get a stomach ache form the Bioforge. But i am taking two of the bio forge and two of the triazole in the morning. followed by one BF and one Triazole in the evening before dinner. Maybe you should try and spread out your dosages or drink more water with your dose like the HUGE suggested...

    Haha, i feel like this could be the AA for supplent addicts. Supp addiction isnt a bad thing i have definatly had other addictions in my life that were far worse.... supplements saved my life ha
