i'm going to start with i'm 22 years old, been lifting on and off for 8 years.. put on roughly 40lbs in the past year after a 6 month hiatus and no time to workout followed by injury after injury.. in the last 14 months, i went from 170lbs to 208lbs back down to a cut and more aesthetic 185lber.
i will post the links to my other threads at the end of this, just so you can check lots of pics of 2011 and some lifting stats and measurements
BEFORE; 3 months into weights, 135lbs @ age 15.

thx fellas! been at it hard for the past 14 months, learned alot about my body and how to eat right.
some current stats for the weights
benchpress ; 330lbs x 1
weighted pull ups; +100lbs for 6-10 reps
deadlifts; 405x6-8 reps
squats; 225x20
i have no structure in my workouts, i hit everything once per week an then throw in some full body workouts on the weekend to hit everything a little bit harder.25 years old

the beast - long term goal is to be under 10% bodyfat with 19" arms. ( LONG TERM GOAL ) haha and to be basically
as athletic and strong as possible, be able to run a 10K no problem and be able to press 3plates no problem.
mass - no i'm not on a diet, when i want to gain weight i eat alot of clean foods and more white breads, pastas and red meat.
when i want to loose weight, i eat fruits, veggies, fish, oatmeal and lots of eggs.
my workout routine is hit everything 2x per week and i ususally go 2 days on, 1 day off.

ps, my goal for the summer is 180-185lbs at 8% bf shredded, i want to be aesthetic as fuurk.25 years old

im a very unconvential lifter, week to week i rarely do the same exercises.. i always just stay consistent with 2 exercises per muscle group for 6 weeks at a time then switch it up
some lifting stats
weighted pull ups +80lbs for 10 reps, +100lbs for 6-7 reps
deadlifts 405x 5-8 reps, 485lbsx 1rep
squat 275x 6-10 paralell reps
benchpress 275 for 6-10 depending on the day and energy levels, 330lbs x 1
i do low volume workouts, high volume workouts, and full body workouts depending on how i feel that week.

Your bicep peak is ****ing unreal lol. Damn. You look good bro, Legs need alot of work from that one pic you've posted up. Lots of upper body mass though. Keep it up

ironman, my legs definitly need alot of work ! theyre 24" , i have the upper body of a 200lber and the lower body of a 175lber lol..
working on getting them up to par though, i broke my knee and tore my ACL at 14 years old right before I started lifting and it really hindered my legs in the past few years when pushing over 300lbs on the squats... BUT I WILL HAVE BEAST LEGS THIS TIME NEXT YEAR. MARK MY WORDS.25 years old

diet advice for bulking
eat at 8am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 6pm and 8 until midnight .
aim for 1,000 cals and 1.5g protein per bw.. eat clean foods but huge breakfast an lots of protein shakes.
lift heavier then usual an do 1dayon,1 day off25 years old
