i am not training to become a body builder...i only want to increase strength and get toned
but everywhere i go everyone is telling me i look fatter and I've gained weight
i have been 100 pounds give or take a few pounds for the past 8 years but i gained 22 pounds since i started working out about 5 months ago...i used to take protein pretty consistently after working out...is that what made me gain weight? i also noticed that my previously flat tummy is now a gut :[
i do not want to get bulky so should i stop taking protein powder shakes?
any advice/help is greatly appreciated...thanks!
