    What's a respectable front squat @ 180?

    Just curious where I'm at
    Currently @ 185 and cutting.

    that's a pretty strong front squat man, mines around the same but I really don't like them that much especially cross gripped. Quads are a weak point too. What do you think your back squat is?

    That's pretty strong.

    Based on the general population I'd call you very strong, esp with a 3 plate squat. A lot of people will say a 315 squat isn't that great, but don't listen to em, it's definitely a big milemarker for progress. So 275 front squat would be pretty impressive as well.

    I think a "good" front squat by olympic lifting standards would be above 365 for reps, back squat definitely above 405 for reps. I'm gonna see if I can get a 5 plate squat by the end of this year.

    Ya I have no idea what it'd be at now I'm assuming above 375. I've been front squatting for around 2-2 1/2 months.

    275 is a good amount for you, but that shouldnt mean once u get to 275 u stop giving a phukk. its just the amount thats respectable as said in the title. you've only been front squatting for 2 months, so 275 will be yours soon.

    That's not what I meant, I was curious at what was cuz I honestly had no idea. And I front squat more than anyone I've seen in my gym that doesn't 1/4 squat them
