Friday! Friday!
Greetings JUGGERNAUT Nation!!
So glad its finally friday. Had another killer Juggernaut fueled workout last night...felt great. I increased to 1 1/2 scoops of Juggernaut Orange and knocked out my Back/Triceps/calves workout like a beast. Gave me great pumps and set new PR's. I asked a guy to help spot me doing seated tricep press with 55lbs and pumped out 10 reps and he said call him when I needed help, "that was to easy" he said. I was in shock since that was my best weight last week. So I went and grabbed the 60lb dunbbell and knocked out 3 sets of 10 reps. He said "now that's how you do it." I said, "I Am Juggernaut!"
Can't wait to knock out Delts?Traps/Abs tonight. GO JUGGERNAUT GO!!

How is everyones weekend going so far?
I changed things up with yesterdays workout. My shoulder was bothering me some on Friday so I tried a morning workout on Saturday. I know I am used to the evening workout but dont think I like the a.m. workout. Just saying... I combined the 2 days of workouts into 1, felt great!!
Pre workout: coffee, oatmeal, cyclo bolan nt, and 1 1/2 scoops JUGGERNAUT Orange
Delts/Traps/Abs
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 warm up set of 8-10 reps, 1 working set of 6-8 reps to failure, 50lbs (1 min rest between sets)
Side Lateral Raise
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 8-10 reps to failure, 30lbs...right shoulder was still sore (1 min rest between sets)
Low Pulley Row To Neck
1 set of 6-8 reps to failure, Each arm
Reverse Flyes
1 warm up set of 10-12 reps, 1 working set of 8-10 reps to failure, 115lbs
Barbell Shrug
1 warm up set of 12-15 reps, 2 working sets of 8-10 reps to failure, 110lbs
Upright Barbell Row
1 warm up set of 12 reps, 2 working sets of 8-10 reps to failure, 55lbs
Superset:
Knee Raise On Roman Chair
3 working sets to failure 30,25,25
Crunches
3 working sets to failure 25,25,20
Superset:
Cable Crunch
3 sets to failure 15x80lbs,15x80lbs,10x80lbs
Decline Reverse Crunch
3 sets to failure 15,15,20
Cardio
30 minutes on eliptical

Happy Monday juggernauts!!
I had a great weekend and hope everyone did as well!!
After yesterdays rest day it is time to begin my 5th week becoming JUGGERNAUT.
Meal 1:coffee, power bar, granola bar, oatmeal, Oxidane X, and Clyco Bolan NT
Meal 2:yogurt, banana, and whey protein shake
Tonights workout wil be Quads/Hams/Calves...can not wait to hit the gym!!

Great job on the PR Larry. Take it easy on that shoulder. Mine were really bothering me before I switched to the GVT program. With GVT the weight is consistently lower so it is less stress on the joints.
Everyone is different - personally I love the am workout.

Happy Wednesday all JUGGERS!!
Getting back on track today with my workout. Had to skip last night cuz of working late. Gonna double up tonight...it will be Chest/Biceps/Abs and Cardio. Along with 4 meals so far today Im fueling up with Oxidane X and Cyclo Bolan NT from Infinite Labs.
Can't wait to power up with Juggernaut Orange and enter into BEAST MODE at the gym!!
