Good to see you back and almost recovered. Love the family pic! You can't possibly be a mum(& Gran??) to these girls you look way too young!
Those numbers are impressive despite your injuries and having been away for some time.
Saw your pic of a nicely ripped back in the O35 section.
Nice work and enjoy the rest of your week.

Here's my back pic from yesterday posted in the over35. I will be joining the 12 week transformation contest. I plan to post up my starting pics at the end of next week. I will be getting competition shredded, but no plans on a show. I'm doing a photo shoot at the end of April and I've got some hard work ahead for sure.
Time to go eat, have a great night ladies.National Level Competitor (Female BB)

Hey Kimm!
I'm so sorry to hear about your fall! Glad there was nothing serious other then bumps and bruises Your family pic was too cute! The little one is getting so big, there's total family resemblance
I am very excited that you are doing the 12 week competition! I know that you've mentioned that you've added muscle mass since your last comp, can't wait to see your hard work pay off!If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

Hi Kim, kids are adorable!
Love the posing vids. I'm going to do the 12 week transformation too. I'm doing my first figure competition May 25th so I figured (haha) since I'm dieting anyway, might as well!
The posing routines are part of why I chose Figure (besides, I don't think I have enough mass for bodybuilding). I love watching them, but actually doing one???? Although not wearing the 5" heals I just got sounds appealing!Julia

Oh hai Flex, nice to see you around these parts!
I got to the gym late today and it was packed. We have a lot of newbies and they come/play in groups. They wander around with no plan, sit all over random equipment doing nothing...they simply get in the way and this makes me rage. I don't have a problem with newbies, but have a godamn plan for christ sakes or go the fuk home...
