I had wine and cake last night. I just finished my workout and it definitely didn't give me super powers.

Oh I hate it when that happens. Maybe you needed 2 pieces of cake!
I could def use that mask ha, ha!!
I love my brother. He's so cool, so we we're psyched at the idea of walking down together. But the whole reasoning behind it is just retarded. I have normal female stats for christ sakes. It's not like I'm this godamn beast. I don't know, maybe the guy weighs 100 lbs soaking wet...who the hell knows...

Badass! I usually cringe when people say they do these underhand but you have excellent control and form. Mind = blown a couple of you guys find that more comfortable than ovhd, even if I wanted to do underhand I doubt I could get my elbows/shoulders into that position, I salute your flexibility.
Nice lifts all around as usual Kim!Current PRs:

Hai Ham!
BB rows are an akward lift for me. It took me forever messing around with different grips, trying to get comfortable. I feel I have the best control with underhand, but I know it's different for everyone.
Today was alright, no complaints. Gym was a bit packed, but I got through.

How've you been, Kimmy? Nice front squats. How does your upper back not fatigue first when doing more than 5 reps?

Strong lifting as always! On your facepulls: do you go to your knees or just lean way back? I lean waaaaay back! As the weight gets heavier, I was thinking about going to knees (probably one knee down and one out in front) just to get more leverage though.

I'm good thanks and you? I do a clean grip and I like to rest the bar right below my collar bone. Strong upper back maybe, I'm not sure...but I don't feel fatigue at all.
Thanks Louise, have a great weekend!
Thank you. I plant my feet closer to the cable machine and lean back a bit. I've done them seated, but never on my knees...something to think about though.

Respect to anyone who does overhead squats, those look tough. Out of curiosity how is your ROM on leg press? I see you're doing reasonable wt on that (not like 10pps which is going to be like quarter reps for most people lol.) I bring my thighs to my chest which I assume is what you're supposed to do, and don't do a ton of weight ever on that.

I'm not even sure what the hell I was thinking doing overhead squats today. I did goblets and front squats this week...what a fukin brain dump on my part...
When I do leg press, I want to make sure my thighs are going into my chest. So throwing on a crap load of weight that I can't handle for partial reps makes absolutely no sense to me.
I think I've built up some pretty decent legs, but I've never been able to push massive amounts of weight when it comes to my legs...I don't find my legs to be superman strong that's for sure.National Level Competitor (Female BB)

Thanks ladies!
Halloween was fun and my grandaughter came over for a visit. She's 2 and was kind of nervous about the trick/treating part. She didn't last all too long and had more fun at the house passing out candy with me and looking at all the kiddies in their costumes.
She picked out her costume, wanted to be a blue moster.
I was quite busy Thursday and missed training. Didn't get there till late today, bascially tried to hit a few things to somewhat makeup what was missed.

Even your lifting like a girl is putting us all to shame I'm dealing with a bad elbow and a back injury, what can you do but work around them all and hope for a speedy recovery..
Also, a while back you recommended to me hammer rope curls. I just wanted you to know that they've become my favorite. Right now, they're the only bicep isolation exercise I do. Thank you for that! And my arms are finally 12' cold flexed.
