lol I will try to avoid too much Puppy spam when posting my workouts.
I am exhausted from the weekend and first day of work with her, but slowly getting it figured out. I hope I can get the energy for nighttime gym sessions, since mornings won't be doable me thinks.
Good news moving into a new apartment at the end of January.
No seagulls and a little balcony to enjoy a view and/or get the dog going out there on some turf in between walks and whatnot.
The gym actually has a bench press setup with weights. I need to inspect closer to see if I can make it work for lifting and then if so I can cancel my membership.
But it doesn't look crazy spectacular and of course no lifting platform. But good to know the option is there.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

Yeah, I wanna see more of those Oly lifts..about all tutorial I can hope for. Maybe I have to invest some money for a PT for that. But the ones in my gym seems a bit dodgy about strenght lifting business.

Thanks guys!
I went to my doctor today instead of a walk-in like I did a couple days ago.
I am on 2 different antibiotics for 2 different infections.
The one ailing me for the last month is an intestinal infection/parasite.
#2 is a sinus/throat/chest/lung infection.
So next 7 days = lots of drugs.
I have lost about 8-10 pounds this week from lack of food and fluids.
Just ate a solid meal for the first time in 5 days. Hoping it stays in me!
I will get back into the swing of training come the new year.
Most likely some madcow or 5/3/1 to get my strength back up while still olympic lifting.
Hope everyone has a great holidays and I will catch up on logs in the next week or so.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

Believe me I am trying! The last month of stomach troubles and especially this week have wreaked havoc on me.
Body-comp has slowly gone out the window since nothing is staying in me.
Jawline and arms looks more defined now though lol.
Chest, back, and midsection have taken a major hit though and legs are looking smaller.
Way this is going I may end up at 190 even with all the food I am eating, since my body is basically getting nothing from it.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

Vancouver is quite mild. On the mountains lots of snow and the further you get away from the water it snows a ton too.
But in the city we get snow for 1-2 days and then it's gone. Every few years we get a really bad storm that may give us snow for 1-2 weeks, but not every year.
I can see snow-capped mountains when I am out and about, but just based on location we get more rain than anything.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.
