One of those useless days.
Weights were going up fast, but for the life of me I couldn't turn under 185.
So turned into lots of high pulls today.
Timing was waaaaaay off after a few days away from cleans.
Back in there tomorrow though.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

don't know why I stopped cleaning. i was up to 205 for a few singles. now i can't even get under a plate
