Muscle Pharm Creatine in the morning
Xtend Scivation while working out
Protein post workout
Casein before bed
That is what I have been taking everyday. I was thinking of adding Superpump 250 for a pre-workout, while taking my xtend during work out. Will that cause me any problems or it should be ok?
