Do they even help a lot?
They just provide extra whey protein and that's it right?
I bet none of you have "felt" or actually noticed any difference..
It takes a very long time for it to actually "take effect" right?
By long, i'm talkin months. even perhaps years.
A question for all of you : Did you feel or notice the different relatively fast?

It's just protein. All that whey Biological value, fast digestion etc. don't pay attention to that. If you can't reach your protein macros by whole foods (like me), just get a protein supplement.
It's just bodybuilding... y u heff to be mad?

Why dont you just buy some and find out
Protein powder doesnt get you jacked it helps you get an adequate amount of calories/grams of protein each day to go along with your diet in order to recover and build muscle. If you just take protein but dont eat enough/train right youre not going to see much of a difference.

I use a protein powder for convenience and when I cant stomach a full meal. Im always on the run for work, so they do come in handy. Other than that, I rather eat my protein than drink it.....
For those that love to train!

Do you meet protein intake off whole foods alone? Then if so no need for a protein powder
if you need a protein powder to help "Supplement" your diet and whole foods to reach your protein intake then you can invest in one.
Cost per serving it may be beneficial to pick up to help reach a protein total/goal for the day and meeting protein minimums
