Inb4 Bob gets his own show on ESPN!IG: waldronconstruction

Fo sho? He said in TLR that he goes on from time to time still be nothing about being a permenant fixture...
Will check this out, if true, I'll start my podcast subscription again!
And agreed with above, only think lacking at the moment with this show is the background, I know it's all about budget but if it could be updated ASAP it's be much better.
Terrible that this thread is 2 star! Shame on you mofos.
EDIT: I just watched the show, visually much better, looks like I spoke too soon haha. But the audio is piss poor Bob, you and Pete just need those tiny microphones on your shirts, then there'll be no echo and it will sound like studio quality.
Good show tho!Last edited by wala; 04-14-2012 at 01:16 AM.

Thanks man, saves having to quote your post and then get code and then paste into YouTube!
While I'm at it, you might be able sort another small issue out with being a mod now. On iPhone app, when in a thread, it used to have a link at the top of the thread that said 'Back to forum' and at would take you back to the IFBB section. It's now gone and so I have to click forum and then scroll down to the IFBB link... Just a pain having to do that all the time each time I write a post! lol
See if you can maybe forward that issue to the powers that be and they may listen! ThanksIG: waldronconstruction

"The site of our top guys shaking their bare tushes likes members of a male gogo troop can send the wrong message... Let's put the over-rewarding of ripped exposed glutes behind us Let's put the glutes back where they belong; back in the posing trunks."
I'm keen to hear peoples thoughts on this.http://www.LegendsOfBodybuilding.com <------------ BODYBUILDING WEBSITE WITH THOUSANDS OF PICTURES AND ARTICLES!!!

Bbing is about looking at muscles that are developed, the glutes are just another muscle so from that stand point, I say showing them off is a must, just like any other muscle. Let's face it, we're not looking at a man's ass, we're looking at glutes.
I don't, however, agree with the whole booty shaking sh!t that we see from guys like Toney Freeman, Dex, Melvin etc that shot is only gonna appeal to chicks or gay guys and should be part of a professional routine and considering the majority of fans are heterosexual males, I don't think it's needed.IG: waldronconstruction

I agree sort of. I'm impressed by ronnies walruss butt of course, but glutes now seem to be the barometer for judging if someone is really peeled. I've seen someone like Troy alves be in just as good condition as his competition but he was penalised because his arse wasn't diced.
So how far does someone conditioned but has a smooth ass have to go to compete on even ground with his peers? The goal of getting super peeled is one of the more dangerous elements of bbing, we have all read about the dangers of diuretics. I'm ok with a more relaxed stance on conditioning if it means not seeing ronnie on oxygen backstage, flex and bekles being rushed to the hospital on deaths door and people like munzer and benaziza dying. I can live with an extra % and layer of water on my favourite bodybuilders just fine, I don't expect anyone to compromise their health for my benefit.
(I realise that if you have 2 bodybuilders equal in all respects but one has a striated ass and one does not, who wins? I think if you're under x% bodyfat then it shouldn't be used as a measure to separate competition)
I know that's not the reasoning behind the quote, i think the quote is stupid, you can't make an oiled buff guy in a thong look hetro to non lifters by hiding their glutes. Unfortunately the sport is a tough one to sell to the mainstream.Last edited by TheMullah; 04-23-2012 at 04:08 AM.
