    Is this too much?

    Day 1: Chest and Tri
    Day 2: Back and bi
    Day 3: Cardio
    Day 4: Shoulders and cardio
    Day 5: Legs and cardio
    Day 6: OFF
    Day 7: Chest and tri

    and abs every other day
    ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN

    No , iv'e seen people make gains of similar routines . I was on a 3 day split but at school we lift everyday . I'm still gaining dispite this . Do what works for you if your getting stronger it's working and thats all that matters .

    Don't want another 3 day split vs full body arguement lol

    Chest and Tri are bigger muscles , i hit my tri's harder then my bi's

    Not enough frequency for each muscle group. Make a split which hits each muscle at least twice a week.

    you could also do a rolling program.

    dayq:chest/tri
    day2:back/bi
    day3:leg/shoulders
    day4:rest

    day 5 you start again with day one and just keep going like that.
