Over the past few years I have been experimenting with bulking and cutting. Due to sickness this week I am trying to take time to see how to bulk correctly. I am currently 19 6'3 and 207 pounds. My waistline is around a 34 and my bodyfat is around 12 or 13%. Should I continue to gain weight or start a cut? Also when I bulk I usually just gorge myself to get a caloric surplus and dont pay much attention to what exactly I'm consuming. Is there a better way to do this or is this method fine? any help would be appreciated.

There are so many questions like this posted daily. Wether you keep bulking or cut is based on your personal goals. Also maybe instead of just trying to eat as much food as you can, keep track of your macronutrients(Protein, fat, carbs) and focus on hitting high protein, and low fat which will help you put on size without adding much fat.
