Yesterday was my Chest/Bicep day and I was really looking forward to it. I forgot my workout journal at home and was half way to the gym when I realized it so I didn't turn back to go get it. I apologize for not having my routine down but some highlights were.....
DB Flat Bench *Increased by 1 rep on the first two sets by 1 rep
DB Incline Bench *Moved up to 75lbs vs last week which was 70lbs
Weighted Dips *Moved up 5lbs vs last week when I was at 45lbs
I took my .5 scoop of Intense with 1 scoop of Hemavol on an empty stomac as usual. Left the gym right after and by the time I got there I was ready to go. Intense definitely hits you quicker then some other preworkouts which IMO is a good thing.
The pump I had yesterday was very good especially when it came to working my biceps. I remember wanting to stop on incline DB curls cause the pump was just getting stronger and stronger with each rep but I kept cranking out reps till my arms couldn't lift anymore. My chest, triceps, forearms & biceps were pumped and my vascularity was very visible.
The focus that Intense gave me along with the energy was PERFECT. It's like this voice comes on in my head to keep pushing and this aggression takes over me to keep going until I can't anymore. I definitely have to say Intense helps out with this.
Here was my routine from yesterday. Again sorry for not having my numbers since I forgot my workout journal.
DB Flat Bench 3x80lbs
DB Incline Bench 3x75lbs
Weighted Dips 3x50lbs *Last set max reps w/50lbs then I dropped the weight and cranked out as many as I could with just my bodyweight
Cable Flyes
Standing Alternating DB Curls
3x40lbs
Incline DB Curls
3x25lbs
Reverse EZ Bar Curls
3x60lbs
EZ Bar Preacher Curls
3x35lbs *Biceps were exhausted at this point hence the light weight.
Overall yesterday's workout was a GREAT workout. Today is my rest day and i'll be moving into my first house this weekend but Saturday morning is going to be my Back/Calves day.
Till then you guys take care.

As promised here was my back day last Saturday 3/24/2012. Sorry for the delay guys. It's been busy being a new home owner.
Pull ups
9,8,5,4
*Working on slowly improving my numbers. This is just body weight.
Barbell Row
155x10
185x8
190x6
195x5
Reverse Grip Lat Pull Down
120x15
140x10
160x8
180x8
One Arm Dumbbell Row
90x9
100x7
100x8
Deadlifts
225x6
240x5
245x5
I got up that Saturday @ 4am and took my serving of .5 scoop Intense and 1 scoop of Hemavol in a fasted state. No preworkout meal for me that day. The effect kicked in by the time I got to the gym around 4:30am. I was surprised how wide awake I was seeing that I got up @ 4am.
After my first set of pull ups I definitely felt the pump come on in my lats, biceps and forearms. This continued to grow through out the course of my workout and by the time I was done I was definitely pumped and was very vascular. I felt great energy and focus but what really stood out to me was the aggression and drive I've been having with this stack. I remember on a couple of the last reps I had I just forced myself mentally not to give up and was telling myself in my head "Keep going mother****er keep going" haha.
It was a good back workout and today will be another week in the gym. I plan to hit Shoulders/Triceps right after work.
I mentioned in the beginning of my log I plan to gain strength and mass so I'm on a "bulk" and will be taking my calories up to 3k starting today. Just wanted to throw that out there.

What's up guys. So yesterday was my Shoulder/Tricep day and it was a GREAT day in the gym. I headed to the gym right after work and had my .5 scoop of Intense and 1 scoop of Hemavol already mixed in my shaker cup.
I took my servings when I was about 10 minutes away from the gym. Intense kicks in quick which IMO is great. No waiting around wondering if it's going to work. The stuff WORKS!
Here was my routine from yesterday afternoon.

What up guys. So yesterday was my shoulder/tricep day and it was a GREAT day in the gym.
I left work and headed to the gym straight from work. I had my shaker cup already mixed with a scoop of Intense right up to the line that's on the scooper and a full scoop of Hemavol. I took my serving when I was about 10 minutes from arriving to the gym.
The thing I like about Intense is how it kicks in so quickly. No waiting around seeing if it's going to kick in or not. I took my serving and by the time I got to the gym I was mentally ready to go and do work.
Here was my routine from yesterday.
Seated dumbbell shoulder press
65x5, 65x5, 65x6
*5lb increase from last week. Next week i'll keep the same weight and look to add more reps.
Wide grip barbell upright row
95x10, 95x8, 95x8
Dumbbell side laterals
30x12, 30x12, Drop set 30x10-25x8-20x8-15x8
*I thought I would throw in a drop set on the last set. I don't do drop sets much but I was feeling amped and pumped up I just wanted to lol. The burn and pump I had in my shoulders after this was GLORIOUS
Face pulls on the cable row machine
55x12, 55x12, 55x12
Weighted dips
50x8, 50x6, 50x6-Took weight off right away and did 5 reps w/just body weight
Rope Pressdowns
95x12, 95x12, 95x13
Seated two handed dumbbell overhead extension
65x8, 65x8, 65x8
Smith machine front shrugs
250x8, 250x6, 250x8, 250x8
Like I mentioned it was a great day in the gym. The pump I had in my triceps was awesome especially on the rope pressdowns. I was very vascular and just felt "full" in my muscles through out my routine. The focus, energy and aggression I had was awesome and some of the best i've had with a preworkout. My rest between sets has been about the same. Some excercises i'm able to cut the time down a little bit vs others i.e weighted dips, squats etc. So far this is my favorite stack for a preworkout. I can firmly say nothing has come close to this 1-2 punch.
Today i'll be hitting my legs right after work and definitely looking forward to that. I am going to push myself to the point of no return haha.

What's up guys. Sorry I am late posting my Leg workout from Tuesday. Here is the routine and i'll post my thoughts as well on the workout.
Barbell Squat
160x5, 160x6, 160x6, 160x5
*The weight isn't impressive but i'm slowly adding the weight each session and not sacrificing my form for the extra poundage.
Leg Press
470x10, 470x8, 470x6, 470x6
*The pump in my quads was awesome and the agression I had during this was insane. I kept wanting to push through the burn and pump and leave it all out there.
Barbell RDLs
165x10, 165x8, 165x8, 165x6
Seated Hamstring Curls
100x15, 120x12, 130x15
Leg Extensions
100x15, 110x12, 110x16
So I stayed with my typical dosing protocol, 1 scoop up to the line of Intense & 1 full scoop of Hemavol. I headed to the gym right after work and by the time I got there I was fully ready physically and mentally. The pump I had in my quads especially during Leg Presses was damn right painful. I would get up after each set and my legs were burning haha. I flexed each quad and just felt like they were gorged with blood. Awesome feeling to say the least.
The focus and energy I had was excellent. The drive that Intense gives me to push through sets/reps is nothing short of great. I can say with out any hesitation that Intense & Hemavol have took my training to the next level.
Today is going to be my chest and bicep day which I'm excited for. Till then you guys have a good Thursday.

Something trajic has happened. Yesterday was my chest/bicep day in the gym. I brought my tub of Intense with me in my gym bag cause I was rushing early that morning from work so I just grabbed my Intense tub and gym bag and jetted off to work.
I got to the gym after work and the entry area has a bench and cubby holes to put your stuff in. I sat down and took my shaker cup out and my Intense tub. I started to open my tub when I sat up and turned around and bumped right into a guy while my Intense was opened. What happened you ask? Well all my f'n Intense fell all over the damn gym floor. I was PISSED!!!!!!!!
So now what was becoming a great log has turned int the end of my log cause of this mishap. No one to blame but myself. I want to say sorry to GHo5t who sent me the tub. Sorry guys and iForce.Last edited by Anthony21; 03-30-2012 at 03:34 PM.

Stuff like that happens man...I still remember dropping my whole container of 100 serving white flood, that I only used a few scoop of, one time when I was leaving the house all outside on a windy day...needless to say the whole neighborhood was smelling like white raspberry with a hint of arginine (old formula)
