    Bulk Stack

    I was looking to try a new stack, I've been reading and trying to decide what would be best. So far I've come up with for protein, either MTS Machine Whey or Iforce Protean. I'm leaning towards the MTS because it's around the same price and it has more servings and more protein per serving. For a multi vitamin I'm leaning towards CL Orange Triad. For fish oil I was looking at the CL OxiMega Fish Oil or would just a store brand fish oil do the trick? Lastly I've been reading a lot about Beta Alanine. Would I take that with creatine too or just by itself? Is there a particular brand of Beta Alanine that is cost efficient and I was reading that you take 2 doses daily. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

    Honesly for a few more servings/protein per servings I wouldn't sacrifice my taste buds but hey that's just me I know protein is still protein but I prefer if mine tasted good and well I-Force Protean to me is #1 in that department....but on another note go with the oximega fish oil by controlled labs, also do get some beta alanine as it compliments creatine really well and get this the bulk bodybuilding brand if you want something cost efficient...

    Is there a particular creatine you'd suggest. Would I take the creatine and the beta alanine at the same time pre workout?

    Universal, Allmax or ON creapure. Split the beta-alanine away from your pre. Creatine doesn't matter just 3-5g a day.


    Edit: and definitely Protean
    Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
