Hey bros, ive never taken a multi and feel i may have small deficiencies in certain vitamins and minerals for many reasons.
Orange triad looks superb but is a little pricey, is there another similar one for cheaper that has all the vitamins minerals in thier best forms???
Also since starting a multi did you feel any different? I have brain fog and lethargy and was wondering if they would help.

to be honest,
you probably won't notice a single thing if you take a multi / don't (unless it has added things, like the beta alanine in anavite or the joint support in OT).
I forget to take my multi some days and don't feel any different..
good cheap multi:
life force multiple tablet (iron free)
good multi on lifting days:
animal pak is over-rated IMO. not very biodegradable, and a lot of **** you don't need. shark cartilage? really?I like fast cars, nice watches, sharp knives, and good smells.

animal pak is prolyl the better multi, but OT has the joint support in it.. one less to think about... so I pay up for the convenience... u could put together ur own concoctions for much cheapernegs for using "of" where it should be "have"
can't see youtube at work so if you post a video and don't say what it is I will neg you

I know how you feel OP, I didn't wanna buy OT because of the cost but then I was in GNC one day and it was %50 percent off so I thought I would give it a try. I have had tenis elbow in both of my arms that had been cleared up for awhile but would often hurt a bit if I lifted heavy and my knee's were starting to get some slight pain in them from squatting. Since taking OT (20 days now) I haven't had the slightest bit of pain.*Misc Photography Crew*
