wrist wraps or wrist wrap gloves?

hey, my wrist are starting to hurt and I need to buy some wraps to protect them so i just wanted to know if i should get the wrap alone or the ones that are attached to gloves. I need to replace my gloves to so i was wondering if there are any quality wrist wrap gloves out there.\

    thanks

I would go with wrist wraps

you might want to change your grip form though, depending on how you grip things, can cause more force on your wrists

Not necessarily. I have very small wrists and pressing movements hurt like a bitch unless I use wrist wraps. OP, get plain wrist wraps, not convinced brand matters a lot.
