hey, my wrist are starting to hurt and I need to buy some wraps to protect them so i just wanted to know if i should get the wrap alone or the ones that are attached to gloves. I need to replace my gloves to so i was wondering if there are any quality wrist wrap gloves out there.\
thanks

I would go with wrist wraps
you might want to change your grip form though, depending on how you grip things, can cause more force on your wristsAs of 2/28/12
Bench: 275 (rep x3)
Deadlift: 365 (rep x4)
Squat: 295 (max)
