    Carb-Cycling question

    So.. Just curious. So Carb Cycling is pretty much having 2-3 low/no-carb days then 1 high-carb day followed by the low/no-carb days and so on and so forth?

    I carb cycle and calorie cycle , I eat 150 carbs high calories one day , 75 carbs medium calories the next finally no carbs low calories then repeat , it works well to keep leptin in check and prevent plateaus.

    thanks but you didn't really answer my question. and why would you do it? you're 5'11, 155lbs. I'm not even doing it. I'm just curious.
