im 15 years old and weigh around 185 pounds, i want to slim down and start cutting.
the supplements i take are
dymatize ios-100
multi vitamins
xtend bcaa's
mrm cla 1250
green tea extract
any suggestions for post workout?
im wondering when i should take these supplements, can anyone please help me out, it'd be much appreciated, thanks
