tell that to my blood work food choices "dirty" or "clean" have made the difference of my cholesterol looking like 320 with an HDL of 11 and now a total of 160 and my HDL hasn't been below 44 in years. Not to mention the effects on my kidney and liver values has been profound.
staying healthy...ESPECIALLY if you are chemically enhanced...often comes directly from the foods eaten. If you wanted me to I could keep my macros the same and make my liver values go up 15-25% based on diet...that is more of movement than I woudl get from a sh*t load of oral "supplements". The effect food has on health is absolutely amazing and profound.
don't anyone take that the wrong way though...I eat 12 whole eggs a day covered in cheese with bacon on the side.
