It has been a while since I have published an article but I have a couple of new ones in the works right now.

got you man. I started reading about you a long while back. Just submitted entry to my first strongman last week! Comp's mid June I'm pretty stoked lol, shooting for 200lb class for right now, looking to move up to 231 eventually if I stick with it (highly doubt I wont like it). best of luck to you man!

Let me know if I can help you to prepare for the event - or if you decide to make the switch from the 200 lbs class to the 231's in the future and want to brainstorm any ideas since I have direct experience there.
