hey guys I've been working out four days a week(into my program) now slowly progressing on my lifts. I've made steady gains and now I'm starting to slow down a bit. Would it be smart to reduce my reps and try and increase weight? Instead of 3x8 of a heavy weight do 3x4-6 and reduce total volume? I'm an ectomorph and I guess the fatigue caught up to me so I've increased my calories to 3200 a day from 3000.

That's worked for three weeks now I've hit a hole. Not overtrained but feeling weird and lot s bit of weight. Anything u guys think I should do? Thats what I did last week so I probably did some stupid stuff lol I'm eating 230 protein 75 fat and over 330 carbs
