Critique my squat and DL form? (split-screen hd video)

    www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYanSHPez80
Split screen and goes up to 720p.
Am I out of line or doing it wrong anywhere? I feel like there's too much strain on my knees in the squats and too much strain on my upper back on the DLs. Any comments appreciated!

Not sure on the squat but for the deadlift i think your back might be slightly rounded. Not 100% sure though?

Im going to be posting up my deadlift form in a min, feel free to comment or whatever.

Squats: The depth looks fine to me. The main problem I see is your lower back rounding. This becomes more apparent as you get into the later reps of the set. Try tensing your back and not losing tension or relaxing at the bottom.

Thanks for the replies! I was more worried about my DL form than my squat.

What he said. When you de-rack the weight, your lower back should already be in position to squat, same as once you get to the top of the lift. Once you get to heavier weights, this could definitely raise your risk of getting injured.
Not now chief... I'm in the f*cking zone

No, back is not rounding on DLs.
