    Carbs on non-training days?

Do you eat fewer carbs on non-training days when cutting or do you keep them the same? I'm curious to see what y'all are doing.

Ideally I'd keep my my macros the same, but I tend to be a little lower in my protein and higher in my carbs on non-training days simply because I don't use protein shakes on those days. I have to make a more concentrated effort on non-training days to hit my protein macro. My carbs are on the lower side generally so I tend to treat my non-workout days as carb-refeeds.
