First I have to preface this with the fact that I am an impatient perfectionist so I may be overreacting but first let me give you the back story of my issue. I am 19 years old 180 lbs with about 8 to 10 percent body fat which is pretty good in my opinion. I have what I consider an extremely fast metabolism where I can eat anything and I eat all the time just because I'm hungry and feel like I will lose weight if I don't. However with what seems to be such a fast metabolism and being a "skinnier guy" my whole life I feel like I don't have the dry look I desire. No matter what ab workout I do doesn't seem to get me the abs I want. 200 situps or weighted reps gets me nowhere. Do you think I have fat deposits? Too much water retention? Or maybe I'm just not working hard enough. I do go to the gym 6 days a week and am absolutely obsessed. Any opinion is appreciated guys. Thanks in advance.
