Need a jump start
I need some help with a jump start for fat loss. I'm eating below my maintenance caloric intake by 800 calories per day with 50% protein 25% fat and carbs (give or take 5%) and logging my meals. I use jack3d as my pws and take isopure as my protein supp. I'm in the gym 4 days a week doing a push pull routine. It's been 3 weeks and I havent seen any results, I've been the same weight week to week. I'm getting slightly discouraged and could use a few pointers. Thanks in advance!
