HemaVol is not designed to give you energy in the least. yes we include a ton of B12, but that can only do so much.

If you're looking for an energy boost, you need to go stims unfortunately.

I'm looking for something to help while on a stim break is there anything I could change to maybe help could I eat a meal early then have hemavol 90mins after

Take it on as empty of a stomach as possible, along with 24-32oz of water.

It certainly does my friend. 1 scoop and I am ready to roll in about 10 minutes(SRS). I would say less than one scoop for anyone who isn't somewhat tolerant to stimulants.

IMO, it feels like they were some how able to include all the awesome effects of DMAA, and totally eliminate any of the negative sides. I've only experienced pure awesomeness with this pre so far.

Maximize Intense is designed to give you a smooth ride down after you epic workout. However, as much we want to brag about its firepower, we still strongly suggest users to start with 1/2-3/4 scoop to assess tolerance.

Well, just got back from the gym and did my 1st dose of Hema & Max...WOW, pump was insane (had muscles in places I didn't know)..lol
Took the full scoop of each on empty stomach with LOTS of water...I wanted to get the full effect. Everything was great..first felt a little light headed like the blood was rushing up to my head AFTER my workout, but came home, ate some oats, piece of wheat toast and some cottage cheese....feeling better now!~!~

Cant wait till next workout..Great Stack IMO!!!

Well, I've recently taken Superpump and Vasotropin and this by far is better than the Superpump. As far as the Vaso goes, I've enjoyed taking that (6 pills) and no heavy crash, nice pump...Comparing Vaso and Hemo, I think the Hemo/Max Stack gives more Umph and lasts a bit longer than the Vaso.

My intentions were to buy the stack then I looked at the prices..Maximize $52.00 , Hemavol $45.00. The owner says to me the best price around and he tries to be cheaper then online prices, I ask where online ? His reply...."GNC...VITAMEN Shoppe you know the usual" Im like oh cool and then left empty handed
