I am new here weight is 168 want to lose about 30 lbs. I know that you all are bodybuilders but you know slot about foods I should eat and exercises that will help me more....I am going to the fun but I am lost when I got there. What would be the best for me to do to lose weight and tone my legs, ABS and arms?
