I'm 125 pounds 16 years old.. It sounds skinny right ? but I'm quite near 10% bodyfat.. and I can only see flat stomach but i still have a little belly fat.. I can only see my abs in the mirror.. especially when there's a flash of light above me. hehe. and I'm starting to working out Hope you can help me

Days 1 through 4 – Reduce the consumption of carbs as far as you can. Eat foods with high contents of protein like poultry, meat, fish and eggs.
Day 5 – Balance your diet so that out of the total calories that you eat 25% come from protein, 40% from carbohydrates and the rest form fibers and fats.
