i have ben wight lifting for a month now and i fell im doing light wights and i tried to but some more wight but i couldn't do it i do these exercise 3 set for 10-12 reps i was wondering if the wights im doing is a good start or if i should be improving more ?
bent over rows : 40 kg
DB Romanian dead lifts : 20kg in each arm
one arm DB rows : 25 kg in each arm
DB squat and presses : 15kg in each arm
DB bench presses : 20 kg in each arm
two arm DB swing : 25 kg
