    Question beginner weight lifting

    i have ben wight lifting for a month now and i fell im doing light wights and i tried to but some more wight but i couldn't do it i do these exercise 3 set for 10-12 reps i was wondering if the wights im doing is a good start or if i should be improving more ?

    bent over rows : 40 kg
    DB Romanian dead lifts : 20kg in each arm
    one arm DB rows : 25 kg in each arm
    DB squat and presses : 15kg in each arm
    DB bench presses : 20 kg in each arm
    two arm DB swing : 25 kg

    You should give more info. I will take a flying guess that your goal is to get bigger and stronger. If so, read the thread in my sig. Also should I assume by your excersise selection that you only have dumbbells available?

    well my goal is to lose fat and i have alot of loose skin because before 2 years i was 93 kg now im 62 kg and my height is 166cm but my final goal is to get bigger and stronger muscles

    and i acutely have machine available and bear ball but alot of people told me to stay away from the machines
