I'm 23, girl, 173cm (5'6), 53kg (117 pounds) and I am in my 7th week of doing Fierce 5 (my aim is actually recomposition and from the beginning I gained around 1 pound), it's going well, I'm progressing, I noticed that my arms got slightly defined, so did my legs, but...
the whole point of starting to lift weights was to get rid of my flabby belly. I dont even mean abs, but just to eliminate that belly fat. I know that I cant spot reduce it but since my arms and legs are getting more defined, shouldnt there be a change in the stomach, as well? Maybe I should incorporate additional abs exercise to the routine?
Or maybe the problem is with my eating? My bmr is 1374 and rmr 1580. On my non-workout days I eat around 1350 calories and on workout days about 1550. Also, on workout days I eat more carbs. My protein intake is ok, around 1g per poundand around 35g fats altogether.
What can I change to target that belly fat?
