Signed up over on UniversalRep's giveaway promo for Shock Therapy, but would love to be considered to log this instead of just a free bottle!
As for my current preworkout, it contains all the energy and pump that I need, but lacks the BCAAs.. Combining different supplements that I take into one product simplifies my purchases, my supplementation schedule, and ultimately my life! I would also love to possibly switch over to a product with a crazy flavor like Clyde’s Hard Lemonade. This product seems to stack up to an "elite" product, and I'd love to log this product to show the gains it can help me make as I'm coming back from an injury earlier this month!
Brief Bio Age:22 (23 on Wednesday!) Height: 6'-4" Weight: 210 lbs BF: ~15% Workout History:

Ask me anything else you wanna know!
EDIT: Added most recent log until I had a lumbar sprain that made me pause lifting to rest and recover
I would love to log Shock Therapy! I have heard really good things about Universal's products and have always been wanting to give them a try! I am a student so I don't get to much extra cash for supplements nor have I found something that I can truly stand by, especially when it comes to pre-workouts. Looks like a great list of ingridients!! This would be a great opportunity for me, as I workout 4-5 days a week doing weight training and 4-6 days of cardio. That along with school can bring me down and It would nice to find something to get my energy levels back up and have me pumped & energized for the gym!!
I have no problems giving video and/or written logs/reviews at anytime!!
Along with posting full stats and logged routine & diet plan. (I already log my diet everyday that is open to public view)

I would love to do a log of the new shock therapy. I workout out every day. Rotating upper body, lower body + 30 min of cardio and one day of an hour of cardio. I have tried lots of pre workouts and I know what works for me and what doesn't but I've never really tried this one other then a sample packet. Would love the opportunity to be a logger. PM for any questions
So in on this! Heres the lowdown on me... Training
Layne Norton's PHAT 2.0 modified for strength (e.g. lower reps on leg day 2, addition of cleans etc)
You can check out the full modifications I've made to PHAT in my previous log for Promera. I've taken Layne's plan and reversed the Power/Hypertrophy split. There are now 3 power days and 2 hypertrophy days, compared to 2 & 3 in the normal program. Ive gotten great results from this, and my lower body and core is getting stronger quicker than it has ever before. I’ve gone farther in the last two months than I have previously gone in a year. When i begin to plateau in strength from PHAT, I want to start 5/3/1 or 5x5 (haven't decided yet).
Since I'm meeting my primary goals fairly quickly, my newest goals involve dunking basketballs, completing a triathlon, and bench-pressing my bodyweight for reps. I've gotten that olympic lifting fire too, and my clean has made great progress and it's something im looking into in the future. I apply my strength through intramural and club sports at a pretty big university. I am a member of the club lacrosse team and I compete in several sports intramurally for my fraternity. I am ruthlessly competitive and I bring that intensity to my workouts, with or without help from things like Shock Therapy!
Diet
I am on a steady clean bulk since new years (~3500 Cals), and I plan to go to maintenance (not cutting!) after my semester ends in May. I currently have a very good meal plan in the campus dining halls at a very large university, and eat like a king and hit all of my macros easily and tastily. I don’t eat crap food, and my body has responded well to it. I’ve gained 17 solid pounds since New Years, and I plan to keep shooting for 15 more by summer! I've made the journey from 173 pound weakling to where I am now the right way, and Im going to keep going strong on that path.
Supplementation
I also have a sick protein stash (~30 lbs) and massgainer cache (40 lbs) that I like to dip into to mix it up.
Experience
I have been lifting seriously since around new years, after taking several months off to focus on other things in life. Before that I hadn’t taken working out seriously for about two years and mostly dicked around and didn’t get many results. I’ve been an athlete for several years and all through high school without needing to lift weights, and I want to take it to the next level in college for club lacrosse.
I put a lot of time into these reviews and logs, and I think it shows. Check the OP of my log and my review for examples of my writing style. Im fresh off my beta cret log and this looks like a great opportunity to try something new! Ive never used anything to help me get a pump before, and why not start with a company i've never had experience with. I have a huge network of friends to work out with and spread the good word about Shock Therapy to, too. I want to bring something new to the plain old pre-workout log and this would an outstanding opportunity to try some new things in the gym and online.
Good luck to all the other applicants!

I have to say ive read this man beta-cret log and review
I want to try the new Shock Therapy, because of the great results obtained with the old one; with no regrets or bad memories of the product, I must say Shock Therapy was in the top of my list of Universal Nutrition products, because of its effectiveness, great pumps, overall results in performance, flavoring and recognition from many of the Animal team members.
I remember when Frank recommend me this product at the Tampa Pro. After that I followed his recommendation, gave it a try to the product and everything he describe me was for real, my workouts lasted more, the intensity "insanity" was on top of my game, and the end result a much better and improve RoadPigJohn in contest time.
So with all that great experience I have from the original product, it must be of great benefit for me in my contest preparation to use the next generation of Universal pre workout that was just released to the public market.

I am 23 year old college student who lives in California US. I have not experienced with pre workout before so it will have a major affect on me when I use it. My current products are Gold standard 100% whey, and creatine monohydrate. I am currently doing a 6 day split with cardio every other day. Sometimes I feel like I dont want to workout because of my school work which gets very intense when the new semester comes.
I know that if you choose me to log your pre workout I will give an honest review and give updates everyday, sometimes even twice a day. Your product will get an honest review because i have never experienced pre workout and i will honestly feel a difference with it. Right now I am in a cutting phase trying to get shredded for summer.
So please youth addict please consider me for logging your pre workout and you will get an honest review.
Alright so I'll keep it short and sweet. I'm training to beat several state and national powerlifting records. I will be competing this summer in the Junior class 181 lb weight class. I already have surpassed the WNPF NJ state bench record by 40 pounds, and I am very close to beating several USAPL records. I Have over 5 years of weightlifting experience and I am currently doing an interview with a popular powerlifting website and plan to start a powerlifting team at my university.
I would love to try the new shock therapy to help me get through heavy ass workouts and aid my quest to be one of the best raw benchers of the 181 division
Training: Modified Westside Barbell routine
Diet: Currently cutting because I have a big vacation coming up and I know i'm going to pig out
Interests: Bench pressing, video games, reading, psychology, nutrition
Status: Big

I would be honored to have the opportunity to log this new preworkout supplement by Universal Nutrition.
Age: 20
Height: 5'9
Weight: 180lbs
I have been training seriously for the last 3 years. I am now 15 weeks out from my first natural bodybuilding show and Shock Therapy could help me push through these last workouts before my show!
My diet is absolutely on point, I am currently eating 8 meals day with my macros coming to: 75g of fat, 250g of protein and 400g of carbs. However this will all change 12 weeks out.
I am currently using a 4 day split, Back & Biceps, Chest & Triceps, Legs, Shoulders. Then resting on the fifth day and doing cardio 2 times per week.
If I was given the opportunity to log Shock Therapy, I can guarantee you a detailed comprehensive log.
Wow i just ordered some last night and so looking forward to taking it. I would still like to considered though. I have just kept manual logs on the past so just recently started posting up my training online so my logging experience is minimal at this time. I do keep a daily log now so one way or another your product will be featured in mine along with the Animal Pak i have been taking for the past couple months.
Age: 26
Height: 5'11
Weight: 230
I'm very interested in using this new Shock Therapy, and would love to do a log for you guys. Some info:
Age: 20
Height: 6'
Weight: 208 lbs
Training Experience: About 12 years
I will be doing my first powerlifting meet in May (I'm about 10 weeks out) and training and nutrition are the top priorities for me right now. I was considering cutting to 198, but I've decided for my first meet to just go balls to the wall and come in as heavy and strong as possible. With work just starting to pick up in the landscaping business, I'll be working longer hours and it would be great to try something new to help kick my ass into gear after work. I am currently using Rage, but the Shock Therapy seems to have a bit more to it and would love to see how it compares. I did just order some Animal Pump today to stack with the Rage, so I could see how those two together compare to the Shock Therapy.
Actually, I'm using almost exclusively Universal supps right now preparing for my meet, including EAA Nitro, Animal Nitro, M-Stak, Rage, Storm, Real Gains, Beef Aminos and Flex as always. I think the new Shock Therapy would join in perfectly with my stack.
I'm currently training 4 days a week. This is pretty much what I'm doing now:
Wednesday: flat bench, decline bench, bent rows, barbell shrugs, calf raise
Thursday: squat, close stance squat, barbell curl, abs
Saturday: close grip bench, weighted dips, close grip pull-up, rotator cuffs, calf raise
Sunday: deadlift, stiff leg deadlift, seated military press, forearms, abs
Been making some good gains just this past couple of weeks and I plan on keeping it going. My signature has links to some logs I've gone(sponsored and unsponsored), with APE being the most recent, which I finished a couple weeks ago. I keep the logs pretty detailed, and I like to post pics and videos of my lifts throughout the log.
If I get picked, I can also do a log on UniversalUSA, as I am BigWill over there. You won't regret it.

signed the "petition" on the other thread to get a promo started so I'm def in on this.

I would def like to try out this new shock therapy you guys have and see what its like. I've tried a ton of pre-workouts in the past so I would be able to compare it to the others and give you an honest opinion on what I think. I know that you mentioned doing past logs is a plus but I have never done one yet but would love to have this be my first one. I'm currently training for football right now(junior in college), and I think that this would def help give me the edge in the wt room as well as on the field as we start spring practices this weekend. Currently I'm taking protein, creatine, multi-vitamin, and BCAAs, along with a pre-workout. As for my workout routine I lift 4 days a week doing a lot of explosive type lifting for football. Also, i do cardio 3-4 days a week and as I said will begin to have spring practices 4 days a week as well. Like I said I have never done a log before but would def like to have this be my first if you guys pick me.
I am hoping to log Shock therapy because I am a huge fan and user of universal nutrition. You are one of the most reliable companys out there with no bs involved. I believe I am a good candidate because I workout to the max everyday for 6 days with only fridays off every week. I am looking for new supplements to try and this looks very sweet to have some huge gains with. I would log probably after every workout to give people who dont know if they want to spend money the opportunity to look everyday. I am 21 in college and weigh about 220 now.
